Two people have given me lovely service at this store. The first is Emma - with her patience and super knowledge and advice on all natural health matters. The second is Jess who sorted out a problem with professionalism and ease. I appreciate your super customer service. Thank you 😊

Go Vita is the one stop health shop! I was able to find everything I was looking for and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Anna & Grace are absolutely that well trained and experienced they really do know and understand Herbalism & Naturopathy.
They both have helped me and my Father beyond the call of duty.
If you require these types of support with your personal issues, I highly recommend you see these ladies.

Customer relations needs work. I rang looking for a particular brand and whether she knew if the Go Vita store at Garden City was still there as it rang out when I called. Her reply verbatim was “I don’t know, it’s got nothing to do with us”. It’s the same company. She could have simply said yes/no/don’t know/let me check.

Useless !! Don’t waste your money or time the staff are rude! And if you put some vitamins on hold and come back 5 minutes after closing time they don’t care or let you buy anything!!! An absolute disgrace I neeeded Antihistamines because I was having an allergy attack and she shut the doors and said we can’t serve you even tho I had the vitamins on hold they were only on hold for 30 minutes luckily another chemist helped me because it would have got to the out where I would have had troubling breathing!!! Pathetic so lord for bid you get there a few minutes after closing time they DO NOT CARE about YOU !!! And isn’t Business suppose to be about the customer!!! Unprofessional and I will NOT be going back! An absolute joke!! Get better staff X. They ones you have are useless!!!!

I actually hate it every time I walk into this store, the two women who work there are extremely rude and make you feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk in. They offer no help whatsoever, they barely want to greet you. You’re better off going to Nutrition Den upstairs.

Went here to purchase a pre workout. The store closed at 4 and it was 3:50. The lady locked the door at 3:52 and she saw me running towards it. I asked if they closed at 4 and if I could come in quickly as I knew what I wanted to purchase. SHE WAS SO RUDE. she rolled her eyes at me and tugged the door open very agressively. I felt so uncomfortable.

Go Vita is a highly unethical company that sells oat products as "gluten friendly."

As a celiac I find this absolutely criminal.

When people are first diagnosed as celiac, it is a confusing time. There are a lot of new rules they have to follow and often self-serving businesses like Go Vita are not honest with us celiacs about what we can and cannot eat. It doesn't help that Americans seem to incorrectly think that oats are fine for celiacs and always use oats in their "gluten free" recipes.

Seeing people incorrectly state that any oat products are gluten "friendly" is exactly the reason why I, a new celiac, ended up severely sick as I incorrectly assumed it would be safe for me to eat oats. I do no want another celiac who has freshly been diagnosed and who is confused eating oat products thinking they are safe.

Sadly, doctors are not always the best communicators and also they do not have the time to tell new celiacs everything they must avoid.

But I do have the time: DO NOT EAT OATS IF YOU ARE CELIAC. They are not safe for you. Do not listen to unethical businesses like Go Vita that pretend oats are "gluten friendly." In fact, I did think it was illegal for any Australian businesses to sell oats with such claims?

Highly unethical business. I should also state that some celiacs do not notice their symptoms and may think eating oats are fine, only to learn down the track that they have irreparably damaged their internal organs. Oats are not safe for gluten free people. Full stop.

Terrible customer service, which seems to be a pattern based on some other reviews. Staff member tracey was rude and sarcastic, saying I wasted 5 minutes of her time getting free advice when I just asked about types of folate, i was there maybe 2-3 minutes. Her and the manager i spoke to have apologised but not sure it was meant. I'll never set foot in there again. Go elsewhere if you can

Respect your opening hours!
I drove here because your store hours say you’re open until 5pm. It’s 4:50pm and you’re closed! It’s okay if you want to reduce your trading hours but don’t mislead your customers and waste their time!

Terrible customer service and super expensive!. Only good if you can not wait to order items online
