Went back today unfortunately Isabel had left though I was looked after by an awesome young lady called Hannah she was exceptionally polite professional and extremely helpful she is an asset to Rebel...

I was shopping for a pair of football boots and visited the Loganholme store on two seperate occasions. On both occasions Jack served/assisted me on what were both rather lengthy visits, trying on various boot brands and sizes. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and nothing at all was too much trouble for him. His advice/recommendations were very honest. Jack was extremely professional and in my opinion, an asset to the Rebel store chain.
I must also make mention of the very helpful advice and information Ben (store manger) provided me over the phone, immediately prior to my visiting the store.

Friendly welcome greeting by lady on front counter. Very professional, super helpful service by store manager Ben. Thank you for being so patient and committed to serving us despite a few interruptions. Amazing service. Rebel should be proud to have staff like Ben.

Attended the hyperdome store today in search for boots and Andrew was more than helpful. He answer every question and was very knowledgeable. He offered further assistance even when the product we were after was not available in this store. Andrew made out experience very enjoyable.

Excellent experience today at Rebel Loganholme. We need new sneakers for walking in. The lovely assistant went back and forth a number of times retrieving different shoes for us to try on until we were happy with our selections. She was also very helpful with the selections she presented. 👍🙂

I do a lot of Click and Collects through this store, they've always been amazing and helpful, sometimes I've got to send others to collect them and they tell me they were extremely lovely and the customer service was exceptional!

I needed to change some shoes I bought for my daughter at the Rebel in Capalaba. Staff at loganholme were happy to help. Nice clean tidy store and helpful staff.

Staff were brilliant assisted and served quickly and done and dusted 4 people attended too, sized properly with running shoes and socks and we were good to go in less than and hour! My kind of shopping well done!
