Brittany was doing an amazing job this evening, running the whole shop single-handedly at the busiest I had ever seen it. The queue went all the way to the back of the store. She was cheerful, professional and excellent at handling two tills at once to get all customers through efficiently.
Hopefully she won't be put in this position again. She deserves a payrise.

The young blonde lady (she was British I think) was absolutely lovely and helped me with all my questions and purchases with a smile and a wonderful laugh. Will definitely be shopping again if she's there!!!
