They assembled my PC and did a brilliant job. Service was excellent and good people to deal with. It's been over 2 months now of my PC running and no hassles at all. Thanks a heap to the staff at MegaBuy.

I want to thank Jim today for spending time with me sorting out my computer issue. Jim got 2 computers working for me that otherwise would have ended up in the garbage.
I went there for a power supply and I also bought an SSD but Jim didn't pressure me to purchase the SSD. The price was reasonable and Jim sold me a 500gb because he said the 256gb was literally the same price.
Jim seem extremely knowledgeable, I have taken computers apart before and assembled them but he just knew that extra bit to help diagnose my issue.

Reasonable price the staff was very patient and nice to chat with, helped me with replacing 2 of my fans and scanned for any viruses, highly recommend to checking this store out or fixing up your computers!!

Had been looking for a solution for my laptop's issues, the person in store was awesome and fixed the problem immediately. The service was above and beyond and cannot reccomend enoguh to everyone.

Jim at the Shailer Park store is a local hero and should be given a medal. Every time I break my pc he manages to fix it. Absolute champion.

I was getting a replacement part for my laptop and knew what I was after. I was impressed that the staff was so eager to ensure I was getting the correct part. He booted my laptop to check that a replacement part would work. Very above and beyond service.

Jim was actually able to fix on my laptop what 3 other computer technicians couldnt! What a life savour. Offered me express shipping on the part i needed and had advanced knowledge of products, parts etc.
Also had the most accurate price reflection for the part i knew the price of. Didnt try to B.S like others in the area!

I will drive the extra mile to come back here again! Thanks mate.

The owner / operator is my 1st port of call. Given that I now live on the north side with the travel involved thats good testament. recently required a dual boot system. 2 other vendors could not do it. Jim had it running in 2 hours. I have seen this man about 7 times for numerous reasons. On two occasions the hardware was fixed on the spot with no charge. Could not recommend this man more highly.

Run by the nicest guy. Super patient, understanding, and dedicated to doing a great job. Love this place, I really recommend going here for repairs. A lot better pricing that major retailers. Just a great store, love it.
