I went to their Derwent Park store, around 8:30am, yesterday.
I was after a simple bolt - specifically a power steering pulley wheel adjustment bolt, from an old Ford Courier, which I had had no luck finding elsewhere, despite contacting several local wreckers and hardware stores.

The staff were friendly, and exceptionally helpful, with two of them helping to find me a suitable replacement.
They were able to deliver, where many others could not, and I almost felt embarrassed at the low price of the item, after the effort they had gone to.
I highly recommend this business!

I went to NUBCO to purchase a couple of 4mm masonry drill bits as other big named hardware stores apparently had none in stock. I found NUBCO had a huge range of hardware items to choose from and the staff member who served me was very helpful. I am happy to recommend NUBCO to anyone looking for a very good selection of hardware items, especially quality tools at reasonable prices. Also the staff are very knowledgeable and professional.
