Vinnies Claremont

Perfectly clean, well laid out. Lovely staff and a good selection of used goods and clothes. One of the better vinnies stores, definitely worth checking out.

Second Hand store with great variety, jewellery, clothes and shoes excellent prices kid's favourite shop we always walk out with something happy smilies kid's faces.

Busy. Neat and tidy. Huge amount of good stock.

Find some good stuff

Went in there today and my husband asked me if there was anything I wanted to buy. No I said it's a bit expensive. To my surprise one of the volunteers mimicked me to the other staff member and said oh my God unbelievable. We had spent 15 minutes listening to them complain about H who had done no work on Saturday and how the whole place has not in order H had left bags under the counter had done no pricing only two racks of clothes had been done they had had enough. How the grand daughter had been practising her eyelash tricks and shaving people and given her a shave of her private area and how she would never have it done again. Really do I need to hear all this whole I'm shopping.
I did say when I got to the counter I didn't expect to be be mimicked when I come in here that it was very rude as I was talking to me husband to which was replied by the volunteer that' what happens when shout across the shop. She was so confronting I didn't need that drama I had just came from the doctor with awful news and went in there with my husband with a mask on to cheer me up and left in tears. I was most certainly not shouting across the shop.
Your staff were rude, unprofessional, and should not be spending their time complaining about volunteering and abusing customers.
I've have done a lot for St Vincents but no
more. My money will be going elsewhere now.

I went in an found a doll for 8$. Took it up to the counter where i was also charged for the stand it came with for an extra 8$ that i wasnt aware i was being charged. There was only the one price on the stand indicating it wasn't 2 different prices. These people that work in this place are fraudulant and scam riddled. Reporting this to consumer affairs.

I've never been made to feel so stupid, unwelcome, and burdensome at any other op shop than Vinnies Claremont.
