Great customer service and focus.

The pharmacy is filled with other goods as well. I love walking in, it’s so clean and smells great. All staff and pharmacists are very friendly and happy. Every pharmacy should operate like this. Great management.

GENUINE PHARMACIST! Always answering my questions and going beyond to source the right pharmaceuticals for myself and family. Unlike other big name pharmacies, you are always met with care and not seen as just a $. They always follow up & check in on you. More than just a drug store!

We have come to see Laura the baby nurse every month since our son was born. She is such warm and comforting person and cant thank her enough for all the care shes given us. All the staff at the pharmacy are so welcoming. Definitely worthy of the 5 star review!

Alex and his team are worthy of 10 stars! The customer service at this store by all the staff is outstanding! Alex shows personal interest in all his customers, knows them by name, he's very caring, patient and friendly! A rarity in this day and age!

Alex is awesome; so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. The individual care is amazing and Alex always knows when we’re due to fill a script or if we’re about to run out of something. The store’s presentation is impeccable and smells devine. The store has a rewards system and once a month there’s a members night where there’s in store discounts, gifts and treats.
I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and his staff.

The staff are so friendly and we always get assistance as soon as we walk in the door.They are always patient with my elderly mother that doesn’t speak the best English but they take all the time to make sure she is looked after everytime she comes in with a prescription. The skin care specialist lady is so knowledgeable and helped me with my skin care upgrade ,she is so kind and takes the time to Answer all my silly questions:) I love the products she recommended.

As soon as you enter you will always be greeted with a welcoming smile. They are always happy to help and point you in the right direction. Cannot fault their incredible customer service. The shop is very well organised and spotless. Thank you Choice Pharmacy for always being helpful!

Very well presented pharmacy. I went in one day and I got helped by this beautiful Italian lady called Mariangela for a consultation for skin care, couldn’t be more happier. Amazing customer service, really recommend it.

Customer service at the Pharmacy has always been good but what keeps me coming back is the baby health nurse, Laura. She's so kind, knowledgeable, non judgemental and always makes you feel at ease with any concerns you might have regarding your baby. She's absolutely wonderful!

This pharmacy was a “ breath of fresh air”. A bright, attractive and well organised store. I attended the pharmacy for a COVID booster at short notice so I had a short wait. In that time I noticed the friendly staff were welcoming, caring and attentive to all their customers. They willingly gave their time to explain the correct procedures for administering medications to their customers. Thanks too to Alex and the team for making my vaccination experience stress free.

Fantastic staff, always very helpful with any questions I have regarding products & medication. Also had my flu shot done here last year which the pharmacist was super gentle!

Everytime I come to this Pharmacy I spend longer here than I expected! All for the right reasons! I can always get everything I need all in one place hence why im in there for so long. I absolutely love their range of products, they always have those products i need that i cant get at major warehouses most times, yet they stock it here! Especially the baby products. They have an awesome beauty section,especially the beauty brands they stock! My favourite Napoleon Perdis! Big tick for me is I don't have to travel anymore to get what I need, whether it's medication, pefume, beauty, general health, gifts, baby needs etc they have it all. All the staff are so welcoming and humble and knowledgeable, probably why i spend time in here as they are a pleasure to speak with. A special mention to the makeup artist Mariangela! She is so lovely and humble and such an amazing artist, she is definitely a keeper!

Alex is amazing and so was Maggie who me miss very much.

The staff are helpful, admittedly a little more helpful when Alex is instore but still the standard of service is outstanding.
