Happy to find a VB close to home. Have visited QVB and Auburn stores. This is way better than both of them. Castle one has ample space to walk, explore the options and even one good aisle of international food items.

I love this place! Professional grade cookware at bargain prices. I bought 10 x tumblers for $20 and a scanpan steamer for $19 plus they sell $1 greeting cards. Their staff were fantastic, especially Umesh who located the stock on the floor for me, served me when he realised no-one was at the counter and when i was leaving saw him driving a forklift. What an ideal staff member you have there!

Ordered online stemware and when they arrived 2 we’re chipped. Rang customer service and they sent out replacements without hesitation. Fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate buying from this business again.

Today was my first visit and was pleasantly surprised with their options in kitchenware and pantry food. The pricing was nominal for the items on display. Went shopping a new pair of knifes and loved there options. Very satisfied with the purchase. Definitely will go back frequently for my future kitchenware purchases.

Best kitchen shop around. Better prices and range than you'll find anywhere else. Staff are friendly, there when you need them, and out of your way when you don't. Easy to find the thing you need, hard to find an end to the store - surprisingly fun to browse.

Victoria's basement in castle Hill is equally large compared to the Victoria's basement in Sydney CBD. Love the glassware section here. They've got some amazing glassware for a reasonable price. Not too many parking slots available. But usually not difficult to get parking.
