Please be quite there in respect of the great and fallen it's very quite there if your going to talk whisper as I did to get permission to film and take photos which I may add you can and then go down the lower level and you'll see sand just go. There are also ladies and gents toilets on said level there are 1 hour tours and free but please leave what you can in way of a donation at the front desk as I will on 1 o'clock Saturday.

Lovely well kept park right in the centre of the city, worth taking a stroll through and admiring. There’s loads of seating throughout and given the convenient location next to the shopping district and key sights it’s easy to pass through. A very peaceful spot in the centre.

This green park stands out as the finest I've visited thus far. The towering trees that populate the area create a profound sense of tranquility. Their expansive canopies not only enhance the park's aesthetic appeal but also contribute to a refreshing coolness that envelops the surroundings. It's a place where one could easily spend hours, reveling in the serene atmosphere and appreciating the meticulous preservation that has bestowed such natural beauty upon this park.

A famous park easily accessible from the city center with a nice fountain and a St Mary's Cathedral nearby.
I was little bit jealous that there was a park like this in the big city.
I was more envious of people leisurely lying on the green grass.
I hope that my luck will increase by seeing a rainbow at the entrance.

A huge city park.
Divided by Park Street.
Lots of spot of memorial statue, building, fountain, small garden, even 2 train station underground, etc.
Clean and tidy.
Just relax, sit on many benches and enjoy the views.

Sydney's Hyde Park is a jewel in an already beautiful city. Clearly a lot of careful planning went into this delightful place, and you really must walk around in it as much as you can. Be sure to see the magnificent Archibald fountain with St Mary's Cathedral as the backdrop, the wide avenues of shady trees, the extensive lawns and plantations, the Captain Cook statue, and the Anzac Memorial. If you end your walk near Museum station and feel like a rest, jump on the 333 Bus and let it take you for a city tour to the famous Bondi Beach.

Beautiful park. Enjoy a picnic or stroll the grounds. The Australian museum is also close by and of no cost to the public with the exception of the Ramsey exhibitions.

Super green space in the city of Sydney. An abundance of well-established trees with large grassed areas, benches, a flowered amphitheatre, views of St Mary's cathedral...simply stunning, clean and peaceful.

I was impressed with the park. The park is kept landscaped and clean. The day I went, the weather was nice and people were enjoying picnics or laying down. Hyde Park is a good central landmark for using public transportation. The Anzac Memorial is located in Hyde Park. I did not see the unhoused or people asking for money in the park. Not saying they aren't there, just the different routes I took I did not see them.
