I always buy my balloons and party needs at The Base Menai. They have a huge variety and staff are very helpful. Recently I purchased the chocolate foiled miniature hearts for bonbonniere, I didn't have high expectations with how they would taste but the guests and myself found them to be delicious.

P.P.S. Also, I brought in an unpacked item purchased 20 days ago to see what options I had, but got an unreasonably rude service from staff member Danielle.
I get the "no change of mind" refund/exchange but the message could have been delivered more professionally.

Its my go to store when looking for gifts and hard to locate essentials that you need to finish a crafty and party organisation. Love the aisles filled with neat "stuff"!

The base warehouse has everything that you need for parties, art, household items and anything you want for fun. I find that a shopping experience there is amazing and the staff are extremely nice and friendly to every customer that walks in.
