The staff are so helpful every time I visit - expert advice on products!!

This is a good Dan Murphy's, they usually I have a good stock of everything that they sell and they have very nice team members working behind the registers and on the floor.
Best shopping option in as its the biggest and best sorted liquor. Usual not too much wait on the check outs. Good parking here.

An extensively stocked local bottle shop conveniently located in Menai Central shopping area. They seem to stock everything you need with decent pricing. They also have really good specials, so it's well worth having a wander around and checking the shelves out as there are ticketed reductions and deals throughout the store. The parking here is always good, no trouble finding a space. If you have any questions or can't find something that you are looking for the staff are very helpful and provide great customer service.

Went in to search for a specific bottle of rum but they didn’t have it (not their fault, the run was probably not distributed yet). Ended up purchasing some wine while I was there. The friendly staff made for a quick and easy checkout.

Great store with such variety in wine, spirits and beer including craft designs.

Good range, well laid out store with good stock levels. Also super appreciated them providing disposable masks for patrons to use as I am still getting used to the mask requirement.

Well stocked with a great range of products. It has a lift to car park. Staff are helpful and the store is well organized . There are weekly tastings and a comprehensive catalogue with advice to help choose the right product.

Went in to get a wine for my mothers birthday with a very vague idea of what I intended to buy. I was helped by Ethan who had heaps of knowledge about the entire range within the store. He was extremely helpful, immediately stopped what he was doing to help me and presented me with great options considering how vague I was. I would definitely go back!

Visited this store on 13 Jan 2016 to collect a "click & collect" order. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a very helpful female staff member who said, "hello how can I help you" and with a smile on her face (such a pleasant change from the service usually being dished out in retail stores in Australia). Staff member quickly got my order, checked my drivers licence and then asked if she could help me with anything else. Well yes, I wanted some French rose and she didn't just direct me to the aisle, but actually took me there and went through some of the labels. I asked about a particular rose which was not in stock and she offered to find it for me by going online. I was so impressed with all the staff at Dan Murphy's Menai. The friendly, helpful service was such a change and I have decided that the Menai store will be where I spend my money in the future.

I saved $15 by selecting 'Members' price items. Really is worth becoming a member. I even became a member whilst I was in DM's on my phone, took 60 seconds!💥

Was going to bankstown store could not get into carparkas it only has 2 m height limit so i came to menai great service and will shop again at this store cheers
