If I’m inquiring about a product, I expect the agent to tell me about it not just “I don’t know”

The old men that is near the wood area is really helpful!

Also the guy in the tool area is knowledgeable.

Checkout lady on Monday was super polite, need service like her. She went above and beyond and made my day better just with her friendliness. Keep up the good work :)

I find the staff at this Bunnings very welcoming and always ready to help. Especially James (the tool expert) always there when help required. Best Bunnings Store i reckon.

Always good here. Staff are generally knowledgable. Great to see older experienced staff as well as some younger ones who seemed to genuinely know their stuff. A few more floor staff would be good.

After buying a new pool pump at bankstown. I needed new plumbing to make it work and headed to hoxton park.
Robyn was very help and went above and beyond to help find all the connections and fittings i needed. We also had a great laugh.
When i returned home i had everything i needed to install the pump. Thanks again Robyn

I bought a whipper snipper, could not work out how to un click and put the new trimming line on (3 of us tried).

Received excellent assistance from Myles and the lady (I didn’t get her name) at the front door. Got the cover off - also bought the incorrect trimming line, although I had opened the packaging, they allowed me to change it for the correct one!!

Definitely would recommend Bunnings Crossroads, thanks again Myles - excellent customer service!!

Went to another Bunnings and the staff were not able to find the plants that were in stock. I went to this Bunnings which is out of the way and Michelle in the garden section knew where everything I needed was and was happy to help me. Thank you for making Christmas shopping very easy for me.

Looking at Christmas lights , had the loviest lady help me & my 3yr grandson who was very excited feeling up his trolley , she went out of her way explaining the different lights, she gave my grandson a Bunnings Lego set , he was so excited all the way home, thanks Letisha so much for making our day, I hope I spelt your name right .

Got what I needed was served by a lovely lady while she was on the phone, which is better than waiting till the catch-up was over. Friendly staff.

I only have coffee here but everyone is super nice. It's the perfect place to bring your kids to as there is a park insode

5 stars only for having the most buggiest, laggiest and barely functional website on the internet! Website is completely broken and after all these years still no fix! The Bunnings website constantly crashes, freezes redirects you to different sub menus completely out of your interests in which you spend more time navigating trying to stabilise the website then once that's all is done it will break your phone and bring it back to the home menu!
Honestly Bunnings must be running dial up connection on a fixed phone line! There's not a website as bad as it!
