Went to return a jacket and camisole for my late mothers funeral to bury her in it but unfortunately they had sealed the coffin so we couldn’t dress our mother.
We tried to return the items still with tags attached but they refused to refund even after we showed them the credit card proof of purchase. We asked for them to contact head office or a supervisor but guess what ? They didn’t have neither phone numbers. How pathetic of this company to not even try to help .
The worst retail experience ever

I had a most unfortunate experience when I tried to return an item I had bought online. They refused to provide a refund even though I was within the time frame for returns and had all my receipts. I asked them to phone head office as I was sure I was entitled to a refund but they refused. So I phoned head office and eventually was given a refund, very begrudgingly.
