BIG W Menai

This store is always so tidy and clean! Shelves are always fully stocked! A big shout out to Wendy! She is the sweetest! Made me feel comfortable and not like a burden when returning/exchanging items, she even reminded me to boost my rewards points! Wendy, customer service like yours is rare these days, you are a ray of sunshine ❤

They didnt sell eggs. When I asked the worker if they sold eggs, they said no and B*I*T*C*H (Sorry I couldn't say the actual word, the review wouldn't upload otherwise) slapped me out of the store.
5 stars, the worker should go in a Russian slap contest.

Had to find comfy slippers for my elderly mum as we were away from home and needed to shed the shoes.

I would like to pass on my praise to Donna. Having just started her shift (may have been still trying to set up) she took the time to take my order for decorations. Donna was patient, helpful and genuinely cared about the products I was purchasing to ensure I received an outstanding finished product. You find you can get staff at other stores that get frustrated when you yourself are unsure of what you are looking for, but Donna is brilliant. I hope Big W recognize her dedication to her job and the asset she brings to a big company like BIG W. Because of Donnas care and attention I will be back to make several more purchases. Thank you again Donna!

Just came in with my mum (5:40 11/2) and the lady greeting at the front was so delightful and had such a glowy personality. Didnt catch her name but you rock!!

Great local Big W shop with an excellent party section. Can book ahead for balloons or just rock up. There's also a pretty good photo printing desk, if they're not busy I usually can pick up my prints fairly quickly. Consistently friendly and helpful staff. Located near the food court at Menai MarketPlace (entrance nearest to MacDonald's)

I was at the store today to get various items and I must say the service was outstanding. The jovial man at the door was kind with my 7 year old son who was entering with a lolly in his mouth to the lady that saw I needed assistance in the baby section.

I absolutely need to mention a gentleman in the photo section. He had red hair and I didn't get his name. He spotted I was look at poke on cards with my son and instinctively knew what I needed when I made eye contact. In an exceptionally knowing way, he snuck out the cards I needed through covert communication and slipped them to me without my son know or seeing anything. It was amazing. Moreover, he didn't glance back or look for recognition is any way. Wow, what an amazing experience.

Thank you to all the friendly people working there and a special thank you to the young gentlemen with the Red hair. You made the day of a young man who was very surprised and confused at how something locked behind glass got home. Apparently I'm now a magician.

One of my favourite shops. Close to home. Has a great variety. Staff always helpful. Lots of parking and disabled parking.

After my friend put his Holden Cruze racing spec in D and it reversed into the bush we needed some turtle wax. Big W menai was a life saver after this horrible motor vehicle experience.

I love going to this big w it’s not my local big w but the staff members are amazing every time I go in they know me and my kids they greet us and always ask if we need any help

Big W Menai is really well run, except for their layby department. They are exceptional. Two ladies, Carleen and Jenny, always go above and beyond to help me and others, and as someone with over a decade of experience in customer service, I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy.

Big W is a great department store where you can find a bit of everything. They have economically priced fashion items for adults and children of all ages. You can also buy homewares, electrical items, cards, wrapping paper, confectionary, linen, books, camping gear and the list goes on. It's a great go to store in the Menai Market Place. This is a large store, well presented and the staff provide great customer service. Last night there was a 30% sale on all things Christmas so we purchased a Christmas Tree, decorations, Santa Suit and Sack, Christmas Chocolates and stocking fillers for really reasonable prices.
