ALDI

I had the pleasure of shopping at Aldi today and was incredibly impressed by the service provided by a young employee. His warmth and approachability were immediately noticeable. Despite his youth, he displayed an admirable level of professionalism and kindness that truly enhanced my shopping experience.

What stood out most was his genuine, sweet demeanor and a lovely smile that never seemed to fade. Whether he was assisting with finding products or handling the checkout process, his attention to detail and eagerness to help were commendable. It’s not often you encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, especially in such a busy store environment.

This young man is a shining example of excellent customer service. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. It’s employees like him that make shopping at Aldi a delightful experience. The store management should be proud to have such a valuable team member representing their brand.

Aldi is fortunate to have such a dedicated and cheerful worker. I hope they recognize his efforts and the positive impact he has on customers. I look forward to my next visit and hope to see his friendly face again. Great job!

Well stocked store. Clean and organised. The store was busy, but the lines at the registers moved pretty fast. Staff are polite and helpful.

Angels at ALDI. I've always liked shopping at my local because of the clean, organised store, and friendly staff. The unexpected happened today, I thought I had enough for my groceries and had even checked after work. Unfortunately between then and the check out, a bill had gone through. I was so embarassed, and apologised to the lady behind me as well as the one at check out. She has always been nice to me, and I felt so bad as she had me pay what I could. Then she asked me not to leave...I was afraid I'd done something wrong. Then she paid for the balance on her card. Could the manager please do something really nice for her? A promotion, a raise, or at least employee of the month? I didn't catch her name (I was so mortified), but she was on lane 2. She's very pretty and her heart is even more beautiful if possible. What a wonderful gift in the true spirit of the season, maybe from one mother to another. I hope her and her family have the happiest Christmas ever.

open parking, easily accessible. great store and not overly crowded. Just needs more staff on register thats all.

A nice, quieter ALDI - I really like shopping here when I am working out this way. Not sure if it is just because it is quieter with less people, or if it has more space between the aisles, but it is more enjoyable shopping here as I don’t feel cramped or squashed. I have been doing a lot of my shopping here During COVID pandemic because of the extra room to walk around. Admittedly I attend around 630pm on weekday evenings when I am in the area. The time I am visiting may be making a difference too.

Not over crowded and they opened a new checkout for us.

Excellent quality, for what they sell. Meat is very good. But there was no chocolate ice cream, weird.

Love Aldi! Save so much money shopping here over the other major retailers. It's easy to park. They have plenty of trolleys with baby seats. Staff are friendly and shelves are always stocked.

Lady was so friendly and caring. Fast, efficient and so easy. A bigger plus is my 1 year old son accidentally spilt all his snacks on the floor. She could see I was a little embarrassed and even offered to pick it up/ clean it for me!. You definitely don't get service like that at any other supermarket. Well done menai Aldi!

Easy parking near other good shops a little limited in options not crowded

Not a big fan of the new ALDI set up. The veggies and fruit are the first thing u see when u enter, its almost always busy. Hard if you wanna just walk through n get sum milk or eggs. Still a great placeto shop. Awesome what $180 can get u at Aldi

Great layout. A bit different to other Aldis but great. Went on a Thursday night and there were no crowds and it was so quick and easy. Loved the place.

Great place to shop and consistently save 25 - 30% on prices at Woolies and Coles. Staff always friendly and check out way more efficient than at competitors. Meat quality is exceptional. Fruit and vege always excellent quality.

Great prices. One of the tidier Aldi stores. Keep an eye out for the snow gear sales. This year's snow sale had about 100 people queuing out the front before opening. Plenty stock left over still.

Great specials. Lots of parking. Clean well organised store. Quick check out process.
