I wanted to leave 5 star review for Niveda B from Fountain gate super centre. We went there today and were buying a new TV, sound bar and wall mount. This little chick could not have been more amazing. She was helpful and has an amazing personality. Two things that made her a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou Niveda for your amazing customer service.

We had a wonderful experience at the Narre Warren Good Guys. The staff, especially the store manager handled our issue with the greatest understanding and care, ensuring a great outcome. Highly recommend the store.

Went to this shop 14/12/2023 at about 12:14pm to pick up a click and collect , as I was standing at the counter expecting to be served by an old chook or a younger chook gabbling away about who had to answer which phone ,after rudely being ignored I was about to walk out and cancel my order when a young bloke with a big smile came around the counter and made us feel welcome passed us our order and thanked us and we were on our way . get rid of the gossiping girls you guys will have a mint shop .

Caitlin in the kitchen appliance section went above and beyond and to help me with my dishwasher purchase. Will definitely shop here from all my electrical goodness

The sales team work hard and they are knowledgeable. But someone who shone IMO, was Shelly M. she is on the front counter. Her care and her ability to sell were outstanding. Put her in sales.

I just wanted to leave a review about our recent experience at Good Guys Narre Warren. There was a young man by the name of Jordan who served us and he was a delight to deal with as he really went out of his way with his customer service. We were looking for a coffee machine and a mop and he found the best team members to answer all our questions and in his Electronics Department he spent time with us showing the best options for a new TV. He was very enthusiastic and a real people person. It was a great shopping experience. Cheers to Jordan.

We went to Good Guys in Narre Warren FG and received amazing service. We came to buy a new fridge and had David. He gave us good and informative customer service, was very nice and trustworthy. He helped us with everything we needed and was very professional! We would appreciate if you pass on this feedback to him :)

We recently bought few items from the Narre Warren store and very happy with the products and the service.
was looking for a good sound system and a fridge and the sales person David was very helpful providing all the requested information. David help us to find the best deals and gave us good explanation about the products and the features.
He was very friendly and patient answering all of our questions making it very easy for us to find what we wanted.
Happy with the delivery arrangements as well, quick and carefully installed. Excellent customer service.

So I thought I would just respond to “Mr Trevor Smith” in your review you’ve stated the following:

This store is the worst store that I have ever been into. The staff that sit at the front counter appear to spend more time on their personal phones than they do serving customers. They are so under staffed that they even took "Shakey" back after she quit. The only good thing about this store is that one of the most useless staff members they have finished today. They quit before they were sacked for incompetence.

For somebody that claims to dislikes the store so much you seem to have a lot of insider knowledge so Mr Smith are you a regular customer or just a staff member posing is somebody that is making a so-called accurate review.

As a so-called customer Mr Smith would you like to explain how you have this so-called inside knowledge, that XY&Z quit and then joined again. Clearly this is a fake review.

Next time you try to post a fake review at least try and make it sound believable. Mr Smith with that being said, I will find out exactly who this is and I will expose you. Because clearly you’re not very intelligent. You’re $.95 short of a dollar

Hi we really wanted to leave a review for Good Guys Narre Warren as it doesn't happen often that we leave a store with such a positive experience. We were choosing to shop between JB Hi Fi and Good Guys Narre Warren and when we walked in to the other store it was a ghost town and we were ignored by staff.

When we walked into Good Guys Narre Warren, a young man Jordan approached us and he was smiling and really upbeat. He looked for two other girls to help us with our enquiries and really went out of his way to make sure we purchased the right products for us. It was a lovely experience and I wish there were more people like Jordan to spread enthusiasm and great customer service every time we shopped. Jordan made the whole store experience feel great.

Trent is absolute legend! We ordered all our electronics and appliances for our new home through Trent and he gave us amazing deals and was so easy to deal with when getting everything delivered. Any hiccups he was on top of it and was so helpful. We couldn't recommend Good Guys Narre Warren enough!! Big thank you to Trent for everything!

David was very professional in getting a replacement washing machine for us, he also organized the delivery. He made a follow up call to ensure that it had arrived.
Excellent customer service and we will shop there again.

I have bought a few appliances from this store and I have been very happy with the items and with the service of the staff.

David especially has gone above and beyond my expectations each and every time I have sought his assistance. He is exceptional with the care he shows towards his customers. He answered all my questions and during delays due to COVID-19, he kept hassling the suppliers about items I had ordered to keep me updated on expected delivery. He quoted me a great price for all the items that I purchased and even helped when I had some difficulties with a manufacturer and he sorted out the problem for me in no time.

I have also used the click and collect service and it was efficient and easy.

I will definitely shop here again.
