JB Hi-Fi Cranbourne Park HOME

Thank you Stevie J, for your excellent help in exchanging my coffee machine today. I've always had good experiences in any JB store, but today was exceptional. I then went to the other Cranbourne store to pick up my replacement, and Maddie was exceptionally helpful as well.
Thank you both for making my day.

JB HI-FI Cranbourne Park HQ was the best place to shop at. I was greet warmly & the young lady sale assistant asked if I needed help. After telling what I needed. I was escorted to the right area of the shop. And then was shown the right item that I need. I was treated with respect. I will shop thete again.

There seems to be some people didnt quite like the customer service here. Got curious, I didnt find anything disrespectful or anything, upon entering there wasnt much people inside.

The one who serve me however was very detailed and have a lot of knowledge in my interests products. Did kinda feel like they weren't in their best mood but nothing sort of outright disrespectful. Great service would probably come back again.

Made a purchase on Black Friday 2023. Great customer service by Sarah (thanks a ton, Sarah). Really happy with the team. Thanks again.

Staff here are always really helpful. I've had online orders to pick up and shopped in store and everyone is super helpful. The manager did a great deal on a record player and speakers for me and the security guy is always so friendly and polite on entering and exiting the store. JB will price match if you find a better deal too. Highly recommend these guys.

Very assertive staff and superb customer service. We bought a dryer and washer the sales guy was so helpful and discounted us massively.

Got a plush Totoro. Despite being quite busy, staff at the counter was more than happy to check if an item was stocked for me, assisted me in paying with Afterpay, and gave me directions to a nearby store in the shopping centre.

They even helped set me up JB Perks via my mobile number, giving me a $10 discount, which I later used to purchase a new pair of headphones online.

Gentleman at the door was quite friendly too.

JB is my favourite place to shop. Good range of CDs, DVDs, TVs whitegoods etc. They have added a range of collectables as well

This is a great little JB store situated inside Cranbourne Park! The long time staff members (like Blake and a few of the others whose names I forget atm) are genuinely there to help. Great product range, whether pop culture, appliances or tech. Staff are also very knowledgeable (although i still don't know how to get a gig drawing those hand drawn posters, which is a shame).

One of the best shopping experience. Alisha was assisting us and she was amazing. The depth of knowledge, her positive attitude towards customer was out of the world. Full marks to her.

First time visit to this store, as it was the only store with stock of some Vinyl Pops I wanted to purchase as a Christmas gift . The staff were AMAZING!!!!!! So helpful and even had two staff members help me search for what I was after. I cannot thank them enough.

I really appreciate the customer service, where someone just asks "do you need any help". It just makes such a difference to the shopping experience knowing you are valued

Was helped by staff member Jessie who was extremely helpful and helped me find what I needed. Her bright and bubbly attitude really made my shipping experience all the better, especially with how daunting shopping can be at the moment coming out of lockdown and facing the impending Christmas rush
