McDonald's

For once a maccas that has staff who understand that they are working and we are customers. The team here know what customer service is. After being disgusted at the lack of service at other McDonald's I finally found one that deserves 5 stars. Thank you to the young lady and manger today for saying hello, for giving a smile, for not being grumpy, for acknowledging that I am a valued customer and for giving my dog a hello. Keep up the great work.

Visited this branch whilst getting my tyres swapped over at on the local industrial strip. It's in a great location and they have plenty of staff on for the Saturday morning rush. They keep the place clean and tidy and their self service kiosks are all working.

Macca's is a great spot to sit and relax whilst waiting for something or even meeting up if you're not familiar to the area. Kudos to the management of this Hampton Park store.

One of the RARE McDonald's where there are staff that work as a team and the restaurant is clean. The toilets are clean, the kitchen is clean. Worth a visit!

I ordered through Menulog at around 1am and my food came in so fresh and warm. My quarter pounder was prepared so beautifully, I almost shed a tear. It was so flavourful and it was stacked neatly. My nuggets were also warm and crunchy, I truly felt like a king having a great feast. This location has never let me down, compliments to the chef(s) 👌.

My favourite meal in the morning is Big brekkie burger with Hot Chocolate. I use drive-thru, and I get my order quicker than others. One of my other cravings 😻 is a Hot Fudge Sundae in any season ❄ 🔆 ⛅ ☀.

The foods quite good, service time does take a little bit but overall a good McDonald’s

Sunday morning pre church breakkie.

Ordered the big brekkie burger and coffees and a ham and cheese croissant.
Food was fresh, cooked hot and yummy.

Ppl are so rude to this team. You could see they were under the pump doing the best they can. Good on you Mecca's team.

Went to buy a Big Mac from here, Big Macs are my favorite burger from Mc Donalds and always have been, I was given a Big Mac burger with some bacon and an extra 13 slices of cheese! And the Big Mac sauce tasted amazing 😊So amazed by the friendly McDonalds staff here, made me feel so welcome. Thank you to the burger enthusiast behind this masterpiece.

New concept at this store where they have waitress customer service where they take your order and bring it to your table.
And a great person also.

We received the wrong drinks and the ice cream machine wasn’t working so we had to wait for 15 mins in the crew manager on duty at around 12:20am we had by far the most amazing service I have ever experienced at any McDonald’s. I wish I got her name! Well done 👍

Service was quick and the crisp chicken and coffee fantastic.

The service is good but of a wait if you order by the counter as they have a huge amount of drive-through orders. The place is not that clean, but ok.

Thank you to the lovely drive through server ( I think her name is Claudia) who serves my drive through coffees most days during the week (around 7.30-745). Always bright bubbly and adds a great start to the day. Thank you for the beautiful work you do 🤗

I visited this store to grab some breakfast after dropping my partner off at work. This is the cleanest McDonalds store I have ever been to. If not the most cleanest fast food restaurant ever. I couldn’t believe how clean it was and it was 7:30 in the morning. The McCafe cabinet was filled with food and presented so nicely. Many kiosks to order from. Sanitizer was available to use (which is important, as kiosks are one of the most unhygienic things to use!) Macarons have not gone up significantly. Everything at an appropriate price. Under $10 for my large mocha ($3 mymaccas app deal), choc macaron and ham & cheese toastie. My coffee came at proper temperature, properly made too. I never order hot coffee from maccas anymore as they never know how to make it. But this barista did. Thank you to the lovely barista in the McCafe. Unfortunately, I did not get your name.

TLDR; affordable pricing, worth it, clean, just come here.
