Good range (not ridiculously overwhelming) and prices were well within the reasonable range. Plenty of space to manoeuvre a pram. I found what I needed quickly and a store assistant was able to answer the remaining questions I had about a mirror for a rear facing baby seat (which resulted in a purchase so I am very grateful for that).

My partner and I were in store this morning, as first time to be parents.
We had the lovely Nina assist us with the Vista pram & looking at car seats.
She was full of information & didn’t mind spending time explaining everything to us.
Absolutely amazing customer service.

As a first time parents me and husband were really confused about what products to buy, but the beautiful lady Jessie helped us through with so much patience and kindness. She showed us the products that were within our budget. Thank you Jessie for your amazing assistance. 💜🎊

The staff were friendly and understanding when I wanted to return a few products I had received from a baby registry that wasn’t a baby bunting one but the friends had purchased from baby bunting. They also took the products back even though I didn’t have receipts but they were still unopened and in perfect condition.

Very very helpful staff here. Took the time to explain everything we wanted to know as we are first time parents. We wanted to get a pram, bassinet and a capsule that would click into the pram. She explained everything that first timers would not even consider, which was amazing. Didn't push us to buy an expensive model when a cheaper one did the same exact thing just a different brand. We walked away with everything we came to buy at a pretty good price. Highly recommended seeing someone here if you help or advice

Very knowledgeable staff, David in particular, was outstanding with his pointers and tips about prams which we really appreciated. They have everything you could think of for a baby and their range is quite broad, it was actually overwhelming the first time we visited, kinda like bunnings for babies. Parking is really easy.

My wife and I have been dealing with Baby Bunting a lot since we got pregnant with our first. They have been nothing but fantastic to us, but this review is going to be a shoutout to Jason on the baby seat install team.

What a legend! Honestly couldn't deal with a nicer, more professional guy. He was beyond kind and generous to myself and partner.
Very good at his job, quick and explained everything he was doing so we understood the process for when we'll need to install it ourselves. Plus he went out of his way to explain the extras like how the headrest, shoulder straps, and everything else should be positioned. When we should consider turning the seat around and even upgrading. He made it simple and easy to follow along. The dude really cares.
It may not sound like much but we couldn't appreciate his service and attitude more than what we did. Thanks again mate!

It’s a very big store with loads of options. The staff were very friendly. We went there for car seat installation and it was done on time. Moreover I could get an appointment for the day I wanted because the other stores were all booked out. The guys were friendly and explained clearly on what I needed to do. The only aspect for me to consider is the distance but that’s fine. If the service is fantastic I wouldn’t mind the distance.

The was so professional in their job's and went out of there way too help, and so polite absolutely lovely to talk to I'll be back there soon keep up the excellent customer service ladies.

Came to Baby Bunting to get our baby seat installed. You will need to book an appointment online prior. When you arrive, make payment in-store then drive up next to the tent outside (usually situated outside Repco). The staff will then get to work on your baby seat. Didn’t catch his name but the man who tended to us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed out some minor issues with my back seat and gave me some advice for my next visit to the mechanic. He also gave us a thorough tutorial on how to use the chair and what to be cautious of. At the end they also issue a certificate to indicate the chair installation was done professionally. Overall really happy with the service and will definitely be back for this service should the need arises.

A huge shout out to David. He is the guru of car seats. Has helped us out previously picking the best car seat for our needs and again today going the next size up. David takes the time to explain the differences of each car seat and listens to your needs to match one up that’s perfect for you and your child.

He is an absolute legend!!

A fantastic experience during the visit in on 23 July 2022. Tina was amazing, and helped us to adjust our baby carrier that we could not work out how to use and also showed as a baby's activity center which our little one was amused with and we ended up buying it. Thank you very much for having such a lovely staff and thank you to Tina again.

The staff at the store are amazing. I have always had a good experience with the staff members at the store, they are very helpful and informative. One of the lovely staff member named Vicky went out of her way to help us out at the store and making sure our car seat was installed correctly before we leave the store as we had it installed incorrectly.
Highly reccomend.
