Was looking all over different stores for an item and we went here because another branch said they stocked it.
Unfortunately they didn’t have it, so we settled for a different product, the staff were helpful, polite and VERY patient with us.

I went instore to find a netball and Shenae was very helpful and friendly. Went straight away to get it for me and pumped it up too. The transaction was quick and efficient thanks to Shenae.

The staff was really helpful. After The Athletes Foot cancelled my order, the staff at Rebel was helpful in getting me the right fir and brand.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Charlie, the customer service manager, was really helpful with us in finding the clothes we wanted. The other rebel had the same item for a lower price and he rang them up and changed the price here. Also, when Charlie accidentally pressed the wrong button and made us take a little longer, he gave us an additional $10 off. I feel like coming again.

Ideally located sporting supply shop with a great range of sporting equipment, clothing and accessories. Friendly and helpful customer service. I have been here a few times and I am very impressed with the wide selection of sporting equipment and accessories. Easy access from car parking and ample parking out front of the store.

Came to this store after the Fountain Gate store didn't have what I needed in my size. Was fortunate enough to be helped by Blair, who when this store also did not have what I wanted in my size, went upstairs and generated a special code so I could purchase it from their website and not pay any shipping costs. Great customer service

Went there last week and the young girl was lovely nothing was a problem asked her heaps of questions regarding bike shorts and googles always went inside fountain gate not any more will definitely go back there.

Friendly staff and good range, not as busy as fountain gate store which is good to browse
