Friendly and courteous the customer service was. An awesome range of specials. You can get lost with so many choices to choose from when it comes to laptops and accessories. Well! It is a Mega Electronics Store for domestic and commercial purposes.
Ample parking and easy access. Great range of home entertainment. Also selling vinyl records and turntables.

Today I had a great experience. I Walked in the store and was welcomed by a friendly happy staff member. I Was asked what I was after. Staff member advised me that they had moved and walked me to new spot, helped me get around the stop people shopping efficiently system. And had the sale processed by the time we got back to the card machine. I tapped my card, and was out of the store in ~2 mins.

Phone answered within seconds, great deal given by John for my purchase of a Rode mic, greeted and offered help when I walked into the store, served promptly at the counter. JB Hi-Fi is always so good. It’s the first place I go for any electrical, audio, hi-fi goods. Their service is consistent.

Amazing customer service. My stepson was having problems with headphones and his ps5. The staff was only too happy to exchange several sets of headphones and even his ps5 was exchanged. Nothing was a problem.

This is my favorite JB store

Earlier this year Andre and James helped me get a fridge and washing machine for my new home. Washing machine came with no issues but the Toll delivery driver didn't think the fridge could fit through my front door so took the fridge back. I went back in to the store and James and Andre reordered the fridge for me as it should have fit and the next set of delivery drivers got it through my front door with no issues. Since JB Hi-Fi have changed their delivery system to be outsourced there seems to be problems with the knowledge and training of some of the drivers. But I have no fault with the staff at JB Hi-Fi Fountain Gate Home store who at every interaction have tried to ensure I get what I need and have followed up to make sure this happens.

What an awesome team, every time I go to this store the services is always excellent any issue I have, they fix it even if it's a problem from another shore. I will always shop there and recommend this store to my friends. The whole team's customer services is next level from electronics to white good. the manager is always happy to help you. Their team has been very helpful and I can see that they went above and beyond to fix the issue. We ordered a TV and chose to collect. Our mistake was we didnt realize how big the TV was until after we ordered so we told the staff to deliver it instead of picking it up. Although there were issues at their end that kept delaying the delivery, they made sure that the TV would definitely be sent to us as soon as possible. On the same day after my follow up call to them, they got delivery sorted out and the TV finally arrived that day! Thanks to their team for their big help.

We had trouble with our daughter’s iPad, it was sorted out really quickly, they were extremely Helpful & went above and beyond to rectify the problem.
