Coles Ballarat (Victoria St)

We came tonight to Coles Bakery Hill around 7:30pm and were looked after by a lovely young man in the self serve area. He was so kind, friendly and polite. What a credit to your store.

New store, new well placed fully stocked super dupper market store in Sebastopol. Staff always approachable to help you find an item even go out of there way to get to the back store room.

Needed supplies. Is Quicker to stop here, than find Parking further into Town.

A tidy clean supermarket, with a very large selection of fresh produce.

Very friendly staff. Clean store, I have shopped at other super market's what for it boils down to.. I'll stick with coles😊 and no I don't work their. But I do need a job

Everything you need and staff were great

Just had the lovely ist experience in a supermarket in my life, this checkout man called Darcy was a sweet heart offered to help me upload my groceries & chatted politely the whole time super on to it. So wonderful to see such a young man hard at work! Made my day.

Good place to shop and Hungry Jacks near by.

Shelves are well stocked. Wide variety of foods and other items. Store is clean and warm. F&V was good quality, fresh and reasonably priced. Efficient checkout operators and no long lines.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This Coles is well stocked and well staffed. What’s more, the locals occupying the benches out front made us feel like the talk of the town.

Sanitation and trolley wipes at the door, shop was clean & tidy and l was able to purchase everything l wanted but there was some gaping holes in some areas. Not alot
of people around so social distancing was not a problem. Efficient at checkouts so overall l was happy

Late night shopping after work. Staff packing shelves. Shop was clean and tidy I was able to get was I was after. It was a bit busy so staff opened extra registers.

This Coles is in a very convenient location. It has delivery to boot of car or to home - both have been very useful. I like this little shopping centre and Coles is the heart of it all.

The staff are always very helpful & friendly. This morning, l needed a Coles Myer Gift Card, and Tracey, a checkout operator, was pleased to assist me to find the right one.

Good fresh range. Lovely service from the staff. Didn't have any kids trolleys, so staff got him one of the basket holders (on wheels) to push around.

Nearly always call into this store on my way to Clunes from Melbourne. Staff are always very helpful and the store is clean. However, sometimes the fruit and vegies on sale look a bit old and tired. Recently bought a bag of oranges and after two days 3 of them were mouldy.

New in town and needed some xantham gum, they didn't stock it but the customer service I received was excellent from a lovely lady by the name of Tracey. She was just on her way to a break but stopped to help me and even went on to ask one of the other team members if he had ever seen it, no they hadn't ever. She then proceeded to offer suggestions as to where I may be able to find it in the surrounding areas. With staff like this I will be back to shop for other items. Well done Tracey. 😉

Yay, Coles will be shut for three months while they rebuild. Can't wait for the new state of the art Coles (don't know when). This little super market has served Sebastapol and surrounding suburbs for a heck of a long time. As more homes have gone up, demand for bigger spaces is the answer. Some of the staff have been here for ages, they have a good relationship with the regulars. Not much parking now while building goes on, but can't wait for the new car park🤗
