Coles Brookside

I prefer Coles over Woollies, hands down. There's nothing in particular significant to this Coles compared to others in the area. But the fact that it's Coles is why it gets 5 stars. In all Coles, I've experienced some unpleasant checkout clerks, but which shop hasn't got a few of those. I have to add that Coles has the best rotisserie chickens. Woollies chooks have always had a weird taste to them. I don't really care if you disagree, but the proof is truly in the taste comparison. This visit was great because the checkout line was starting to build, and then a new register opened up just for me in about 3 minutes.

A very large Coles Supermarket with competitive prices and specials! Fresh produce! Chickens & roasts cooked on premises! Brookside provides a restroom & wheel chair accessibility from parking area! A huge supermarket with heaps of space between the isles! Self service area is a huge convenience for a quick shopping experience! Flybys are available for points to be added to your account! Wheelchair access to the store is available! Parking is available in the Brookside Shopping Centre car park!

Large Coles supermarket located inside Brookside shopping complex. The revamped interior is very clean and roomy. Standard Coles layout with all the usual features. Deli, produce: dairy, fruit and vegetables, meat and seafood departments, In store bakery and all your regular grocery items. Coles do home delivery and have Flybuy rewards at the checkout 😀

Just went here again for groceries.
It was still as good as last time, with a great variety of stock.
The checkout person was friendly but really didn't know how to pack groceries without squashing soft items, so I explained that to her. LOL.

Firstly the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Secondly items are easy to find with good signage. Lastly self checkout is quick and easy.

Great access to this coles and a good clean shop with plenty stock even after boxing day. Was impressed!

Easy and spacious shopping. Free parking both under cover and outside. No gates of time limits. There's also a great Woolworths just opposite of Coles, and a BigW, Target, cinema and many other shops in this great low stress centre. Also has multiple Barbers and coffee shops.

Very clean and bright store. Always well stocked and staff are friendly. They also recently added designated carparks for their click and collect service, which made shopping more convenient and hassle-free.

Amazing. So much great stuff. Staff really nice too.

When I am super time-stretched I utilise the online shopping @ Coles Brookside. Last Friday I was super impressed by the young man who delivered orders to myself and a scantily clad young woman.

I watched this young man, Matt from online orders, politely offer to help the young woman pack her groceries into the back of her car (SUV) whereby she not so politely declined his offer of help. I noticed Matt was a complete gentleman, averting his gaze completely, each time the young woman leant, or bent, down to move the packages from the trolley into her car; and wished her a good day after she concluded packing her car.

Matt was also very polite in his interactions with me.

As the mother of 2 teen sons, and a mid-20s daughter, I think recognition of integrity, manners and gentlemanly etiquette should be acknowledged - and moreso in a high volume customer service capacity such as a click'n collect endeavour.

If Matt was my son I would have been extremely proud of the young man he is and, if I were his employer, thoroughly confident that he is an excellent ambassador for my brand.

Great range of fresh and packaged products. Grapes were a little past their prime though. Wonderful deli, bakery and coffee shops instore. Quick service at checkout. Self-serve option.

I like shopping here. I can always find what I'm looking for as this Coles supermarket is quite big and stocks a few more products than the smaller Coles supermarkets. There's also lots of free under cover parking at this shopping centre too. I will continue to shop here when in the area.

Great selection of food especially bakery items. Coles seems to cater for all people (not just for families). Staff are friendly.

Coles in brookside shopping centre is a store that has alot of variety, good specials, this store has easy access for wheel chairs and also keeps up with covid rules with hand sanitizers and wipes for the trolleys. The staff are very helpful, I find that when ever I need help there is always a staff member around to ask a question to. This store has a self serve checkout. Also has manned checkouts where you can have your groceries packed for you. Which is very helpful. This store has online shopping and home deleivery. Plenty of space down each isle. The Deli has fresh seafood and salads meats olives etc. All up this shop is great to shop at.

I love the team here at Coles Brookside! Always friendly and helpful - and I always leave with a big smile on my face each time I visit. They offer a great variety in products and make sure there's always enough in my meat requirements to meet feeding my 80kg Cane Corso.
