Fablab Dog Wash & Grooming

We have tried a number of dog groomers in the Adelaide Hills for our Japanese Spitz - the service and quality of grooming is exceptional. Our dog is a little skittish, but Fab Lab made him welcome and he was content and looked fabulous. Highly recommend Fab Lab if you want a very professional and worth while service.

Just realised I shouldn't be telling you how great this place is. They might get booked out! . Loving care of my 14 year old pappilon. Excellent results of my little girl who had a lot of under growth and in need of a good pamper.

Excellent service; beautiful clean facilities, my puppy comes home looking and smelling great! So worth it after years of trying to find the right grooming service. Thank you.

Groomed my one-eyed KC Cavelier for ages when at aberfoyle park, friendly, inviting, pooch always beautifully cut, smelled great and super happy to return for next cut... haven't found another service yet that measures up to this lady. x

Our 2 dogs were groomed properly to our complete satisfaction and prices are reasonable.

I personally have not had a good experience at Fab Lab in terms of customer service. At my second (and last) visit I was spoken to very rudely with an abrupt attitude where everything seemed too hard for the owner. Admittedly I was 6 minutes late by my clock (which I apologised for), however I still received a very abrupt attitude, which was not necessary.

I immediately decided not to go ahead with the grooming as I felt Fab Lab does not deserve my business.

I found an alternate groomer in nearby Littlehampton, who have excellent customer service and are very friendly.

stopped going here as my dogs were coming back very smelly at the last ever visit both dogs had cuts to their necks contacted owner she stated these things happen / not to my dogs!!!
