Bunnings Mt Barker

I went in there tonight to get 7 mop head refills for my job as requested by my boss, they only had 6 on the shelf and when I approached the front to ask if they had one more in stock, I was blown away by the amazing customer service that I was provided! A greeting at the door, and a lovely chat!
I am someone who has anxiety about asking working people for help as I don't want to inconvenience them, so I appreciate their understanding and their help!
So thank you to the amazing staff that helped me. I hope you see this and it makes you smile. 😊

This warehouse has an excellent range of products and a good selection of plants to choose from. The staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable. However, the carpark at this location is not great and can be difficult to navigate at times.

I was looking for a ladder, it was late and I'm a person which is time poor, so having precise assistance is vital. I approached a Bunnings assistant, and he was better than my words can describe. He asked me the job I was working on, how high my ceilings were, took me to the ladder section, and described the various ladders and ones that are perfectly suited.
I chose that exact ladder. He assisted me all right through to the transaction assistant, all the way, though. TONY is his name. Thank you Tony for being professional, polite, generous with your experience and knowledge, and thank you for being so time sensitive. I was directed to aisle 31 where I was met by Steve who went above and beyond to help me.

Always friendly at the inside cafe. Easy to find the products and items you require aswell. Car park is abit of a nightmare at times however.

My happy place, Bunnings Mt Barker!! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Shop is always tidy and well stocked (given supply chain difficulties at present). Prices are generally better than elsewhere. ****

Extremely helpful staff. Having my Opa being the longest serving employee in their history I always enjoy going especially now that he has passed this year. It has everything and the staff know their stuff!
