The most friendly and professional guys in the industry from my experience. Amazing service. I drive from Melbourne to get all my bikes and gear from these guys. Matt is always good for a laugh and so helpful and explains all the products so well. Phil is a wizard with tech and the fitting where no one else has ever had me as comfortable on a bike like him. Cant recommend the guys enough.

Great staff able to answer all the questions I had and were able to reassure me the measurements of bike frames and tyre size without needing to look them up. Didn’t want the training wheels with the bike so took the initiative to add a stand instead to ensure the bike wouldn’t have to be left on the side. Overall good experience

There is back up service and parts as required, which is mighty handy!!!

The boys helped me out on very late notice with a mechanical before a race and checked over other parts of the bike that I hadn't even mentioned! Friendly, quick and above-average service!

Went to the shop with no idea about bikes and all the staff were so helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me with everything I needed and even the things I hadn't thought of.

I recently got my bike repaired, the technician was professional, very knowledgeable and super quick.

I bought a brand new bike from these guys (next year's model) and admittedly, it had a couple issues that may or may not have been out of the shop's control. But I took it back in, after having ridden the bike twice, and had them look at it to make sure I wasn't damaging anything if I were to continue riding. I then left the bike with them to get the issues addressed. It was there for just under two weeks after encountering some rather frustrating complications, which was fairly dissappointing; But after the set backs I was well looked after with good communication and friendly service over the phone, as well as all of my complaints to do with the bike being resolved to the best of their abilities. The guys are more than happy to work with you and try and resolve any issues, as oppose to a lot of other shops that would just "fix" it and send you on your way. I have been a loyal customer to a few bike shops around Ballarat and I can garuntee that such a good level of service, quality and commitment can't be found anywhere else. Well done guys, and a special thank you to Matt for giving me such fantastic service

I would highly recommend this business. Customer service second to none. Phil explained to me in detail the service and the parts my bike needed. Picked the bike up 3 days after dropping it off with a slight delay waiting for a part to come from Sydney. Looked like a new bike. 110% satisfied.

I ordered a Marlin 5 and was told that it will be ready in a week , which expectedly was not possible due to Covid restrictions
Mat( the owner,) offered me a 2021 Marlin 6 with the same price🤩 the bike was ready on time locked and loaded
They were kind enough to deliver the bike to my house as I couldn't ride it home, for a couple of days of rain.

When my internal hub rusted out rendering my bike unusable, I thought "It's terminal". But Phil moved mountains to get it fixed, even ordering parts from USA via E Bay. What can I say. He's goes above and beyond to help out. In a nod to the man's side interest, Phil is one of Ballarat's precious" Gold nuggets"! 6 stars out of 5.
