Pineview Residential Care

My disabled brother needed respite care while my mother was in hospital. He had never stayed away from home before, the staff were truly amazing. My mother and I are forever grateful for the care and support everyone showed towards him.

Just had my mother in there for a three week respite stay & I must say I was most impressed with the new management. My mother has stayed in the past prior to new owners (review left then also) and I believe the care, meals and attention to detail has certainly been maintained. Definitely a hassle free pleasant experience for my mother I. Thank you.

My 85 y'old dad had a fall and spent a week here to help recover.
Its an older style aged care home that has been extended. So expect a few hallways. Staff are super friendly and considerate. Lots of seating areas and spread out rooms for sitting in.
The main meal is for lunch, there is one dining area and one large lounge room with a big tv although all rooms have a tv.
While the decor isn't flash, its clean and welcoming. The permanent residences have decorated their rooms.
While nothing fancy it served the purpose of letting my dad heal and rest before going home.

The best kept secret in Ballarat. Both my parents have been here throughout covid and our family are so happy and content that our parents are being cared for by Linda and her team. We are always kept informed their communication is exceptional. To see our parents as happy as they are is a blessing and something that cannot be faked. Pineview you are truly the most wonderful home in Ballarat :)

Loved it so much I'm moving in

A very happy place for elderly. Nice rooms, comon areas, and lovely gardens. Many social events keep the residents happy and engaged. Handy and professional staff always happy to help.

Thanks for helping my mum and dad, they really enjoyed their stay.

Clean good food and great staff

Clean, very big, very quiet, easy to park.
