I was in need of storage at short notice after my house sold much sooner than anticipated. After contacting other facilities (which shall remain nameless) and effectively being laughed off the phone for asking for a storage container in such a timeframe, I was beginning to worry. But I needed not to, as from the first moment I contacted MSS, Jane went above and beyond to provide me with a storage container in what was an almost impossible timeframe. Not only did she provide me a container that presented as if it was brand new, but it was actually much better value than anyone else’s! Jane’s level of communication, caring attitude and complete transparency throughout our dealings was very refreshing.
A simple, hassle free and cost effective “solution” - just as the business name suggests.

I recommend this business and facility. We needed to find storage at the drop of a hat, and preferably that didn’t cost us an arm and a leg, and that we could access without time-consuming ‘gate-keeping’. Mornington Storage Solutions met each criteria but what surpassed was the personal & professional attention given to us by Jane who facilitated the operation, was personable, understanding and present. It has been a breath of fresh Tasmanian air to have not only a real (in the many meanings of the word) person operating this business who was always quick on the end of the phone, text, email, and in person as soon as any need to communicate arose; and who offered time, monetary and access flexibility. Oddly, I’m sad that we found a house to which we could then move our gear, and out of storage.
Nothing was difficult or hidden. Except our own heaving and hoiking of furniture.
