Ebony is amazing!!
I dealt with Ebony over the phone and then in-store. Extremely personable, friendly, attentive, honest and such a delight!! Her product knowledge was outstanding too!!

Horrible shopping experience portmans Ballarat. Misplaced an additional packing receipt after buying online- when I went to return I was met with a rude staff member who refused to return my items even though I had the tax receipt in my email.. To quote she said "not my problem" and stated they could not return it. The next day I went to highpoint and returned the items there- who by the way had absolutely no problem and were horrified Ballarat wouldn't honour it. Do not bother with the store, unrelenting rudeness.

I would like to say woman on today was more worried about the stock on racks than serving me or even saying hello lady had string dark hair face of steal and did not welcome 3 customers or speak to them or engage then went to witchery just over from there engagement 3 steps in and spent my tax refund $600 doesn’t hurt to be nice
