Nice place for a fresh kick-off for the day.
Good range of options for breakfast/ brunch.
Not overly crowded and very hospitable staff.
Prices are within the usual range. Only long hour parking spaces are within a few walking distance.
Make sure you drop by if in the neighbourhood!

Good cafe and fantastic hospitality. Poached pear French toast not my favourite item I’ve had, but I’m sure as seen by other reviews and photos that the rest of the menu is fantastic. Coffee is great too. Seating very comfy and great to head down to Moonah for a weekend brunch

I'm a lover of the tapas style small plates, and this place is an absolute winner. It reminded me a bit of Bar Wa with its menu choices, and everything we had was brilliant. Cindy looked after us all night, and was so lovely. This is the Dandy Lane team trying something new, and I hope they get lots of diners, as they are doing a fantastic job. I can't recommend it highly enough. My wife also said that the Badque Cheesecake was the best she had ever had! Definitely worth a visit, and you won't regret it.

The food here is divine.
Everything was cooked perfectly and just scrumptious. We had a range of eggs Benedict and scrambled with amazing crispy bacon on wonderful sourdough bread. The smashed avo was superb.
I have run out of superlatives, so you will just have to come here and check it out for yourself.

My goodness after a long Friday night of crawling out of the abyss and needing something to fill that void in my stomach do I find myself crawling into this sweet little cafe on a Saturday morning. It's warm decor like the signal of the hearth through a wintry fog. Like a languishing spirit doth I need table service, and believe it! He sat me in the sun and gave me a latte to null my screaming skull. Timely and lovingly the most perfect cheeseburger ever prepared was placed before me. It towered, but stood on its own. Each ingredient placed with my sensory experience in mind, even the lettuce was trimmed to exact circumference. I left that place hopeful that things can be better, that there's always tomorrow's sunrise. No amount of Jager could take me to a place that Cindy's genuine customer service and cheeseburgers couldn't redeem. Cheers lads!

The staff were doing a great job, very friendly, welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed the almond milk coffee and the Dandy Rosti. One of the best coffee we had so far. Highly recommend to give it a try.

Today is the day we visited their Moonah sister cafe. We both ordered the rosti as we haven't had one for yonkies. My sister ordered hers with haloumi and avo and I ordered mine with salmon. Recommend. My sister ordered a delicious raspberry mint drink, so tasty. Don't forget to order their delicious carrot cake!
We also enjoyed the complimentary warm spiced apple juice. Friendly customer service ☺

Gorgeous little cafe, the dirty wraps and dirty burgers are delicious. Good meal deals with the coffee too.

I enjoyed thoroughly this morning, a lovely breakfast with a group of about 18 men (private function).

Excellent coffee, sourdough toast, scrambled eggs, fried mushrooms, smoked Atlantic salmon, fried tomato, a hash brown, avocado & baked beans (on the side). It was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.
What joy. Wait staff were so patient & attentive.

Yet again this morning I enjoyed a lovely "Big Breakfast" (with choice of Salmon or Bacon). Excellent coffee too. All up just $25 (including coffee ☕).

Had a brunch at Dandy Lane in Moonah. Beautiful service and beautiful meals. We have been here several times and will keep coming back.

And the dark hot chocolate was really good.
Staff were very friendly.

Tasty food, great aesthetics. Kids loved the eggs. Came with 4 kids and felt at home. Good batch brew. Friendly service.

The service here is awesome, the people are very friendly, the drinks and meals here are just nice and yummy. I enjoyed ver much for my time in Dandy Lane.

Visiting from Perth WA we shared a yummy big breakfast brunch with an Espresso Martini and a Apreol Spritz.

This is the best coffee I've had in Tassy! Polite caring service, clean modern setting, pleasant music, too hungry to post a before photo, you'll just have to order the poached eggs on sour bread toast, but here is the after photo.

Was really pleasantly surprised at how great this cafe is. Food was fantastic, and the coffee was incredible. My friend ordered a soy flat white and I've never seen one come out looking so good, couldn't distinguish it from the non-soy. Staff were super friendly and cheeky. Loved it!
