First time in this store and what a wonderful experience I had, I was looking for a dress for a Christmas break up coming up and I asked the lovely ladies at the counter for recommendations, they were both more than happy to assist me, one of the ladies was showing me dresses to try on and gave me a good selection of dresses to try on and choose from. The two staff were giving me honest feedback on what dresses looked good on me and what dresses didn't suit me which I really appreciated. Instead of leaving the store with one dress I ended up leaving the store with two beautiful dresses. Thank you to the beautiful ladies at Elm Lifestyle for the great service and wonderful shopping experience. If you are looking for good quality and beautiful clothes with great professional service, I highly recommend Elm Lifestyle Eastlands. Definitely coming back again. 🤍

Went to this store for the first time and brought two sundae body washes which I told the sales assistant were a gift so she put them into a gift box with tissue paper all very nice BUT she left the price tags on the two bottles , stickers with the prices on them , unbeknown to me I gave them to my friend with the price tags on them ! Was very annoyed! It’s common sense when buying gifts and putting them into a gift box that the assistant take the prices off !

Checked the opening hours as I needed to nip in quickly to collect something. I arrived 15minutes before closing and the security doors were closed. The sales assistant was just standing at the counter scrolling on her phone and ignored me.
I also tried to call the phone number listed, but it automatically went to voicemail.
