Timberline Bathroom Products

In August 2021 I ordered a Timberline vanity online via Harvey Norman Fyshwick Bathroom and Tiles.
I chose a ceramic top with basin all in one for a neat, clean and streamlined look.
It was a great price and arrived promptly, very solidly packaged. I had excellent correspondence throughout the process. It was beautifully made, a quality product.
Unfortunately after 2 and half years the ceramic basin developed a fine hairline crack. I rang Timberline and spoke with them, hoping for some advice on how to deal with it and whether I should be concerned about it becoming an issue down the track.
Bianca @Timberline CS immediately put my mind at rest and asked for photos as she suspected it to be a fault coming from the tightening of waste/drain outlet and could possibly be covered under my warranty.
I sent pics through and was advised that the vanity top was covered, but any plumbing etc would be at my expense. I was advised that I could chose a different top and basin from their range for replacement and did not have to have an identical replacement. As I was reluctant to risk same thing happening to a solid ceramic top again, I went for a silk surface top with separate semi insert basin.
Bianca sent out some lovely (solid) samples of silk surface product for me to chose a colour. From there on I had a seamless experience with new vanity top and basin being made to my requirements, arriving promptly .....and......even with the basin and mixer holes pre-cut for my plumber to install.
Needless to say I am super impressed, not only with my new top and overall quality, BUT the wonderful and good old fashioned customer service from everyone I spoke with or emailed at TL.

I can not fault timberline products.
We bought vanity ,shaving mirror,sink top.
Perfectly made and very easy to set up in bathroom.
It is definitevely worth to pay extra $ (however in comparison to other products it is not such big difference)and to get very good quality bathroom products.
Highly recommend Timberline products.

Recently I have had the pleasure in dealing with Timberline both professionally and for my own project. I have never worked with a company that delivers such amazing customer service. In particular, Brie has been incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. The products are fabulous ans they actually answer the phone to advise or update the client.

I discovered my Timberline vanity had a paint defect shortly after it's installation. I immediately contacted the bathroom retailer through whom I had purchased the vanity . Timberline called me soon after. The matter was dealt with there an then, a replacement part was sent out. No fuss no worries.

I recommend Timberland; they take pride in the quality of their products, and they honour their warranty.

Recently purchased a custom vanity unit. Quality was top notch and follow-up service from Bianca when we needed some changes was excellent. This was the second bathroom we have renovated with Timberline products and highly recommend them.

I contacted Timberline to rectify shaving cabinet mirror doors as edges were starting to tarnish. Georgina was quick to respond and organised replacement mirror doors within a few days. She had a can do attitude and was a delight to communicate with. I would highly recommend Timberline.

I had an issue with one of the hinges used on a shaving cabinet door. I then got in contact with Bianca and within a few hours she had a new set of hinges sent out to me, without any headaches. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Installed new timber line vanity and shaving mirror, was given some complimentary glass wax and cleaner much to my surprise turned out to be the best and easiest product I have ever found or used Thank you Timberline.

I purchased a Timberline 400mm Church shaver cabinet in white gloss and glass shelves for a small bathroom. I made a few queries to Timberline along the way and Brie and other staff have been really helpful in answering my questions. I am not one of those people who love renovating, so am glad to write that the cabinet was made well and has been a great choice for a small bathroom! It was delivered in line with the promised time and well packaged to prevent damage. As such, I would have no hesitation in recommending Timberline and this product to others.

Had a small issue with one of the drawers in one of the two new vanities that we purchased from Timberline through Beaumont tiles in South Morang. Contacted Nick at Beaumonts and he organised a phone call from Brie at Timberline. After a quick check of the drawer closure a new draw will be made and sent at no cost under warranty. Fantastic service from both Beaumont tiles and Timberline bathroom products. Absolutely recommend both the Timberline products and their customer service. Keep up the amazing work, couldn’t be happier.

Four year old mirror, out of warranty, needed a new strip of LED lights. With no charge I was sent the LEDs required plus the transformer and wiring, along with the fitting instructions I needed. Good product, great service. Thanks.

I had some questions before ordering a vanity with a supplier. Called Timberline direct and had my questions answered quickly and easily. I was told I would be able to place a custom order for a ledge to match the Timberline vanity top. They also mentioned that I could order samples online. For free! I ordered samples and had them in a few days. They even came with a treat :) Very happy with Timberline service and communication so far and look forward to receiving my vanity, and custom ledge, when I'm ready in a few months.
