Killens Smash Repairs

I was rear ended on a Saturday. Killen’s was closed but after leaving a message on the website I was contacted straight away (by Mick the owner) to see if I needed to be picked up or have my car towed. The car was drivable so I was okay. Brought it into Killens on the Monday, it was looked at straight away. Sarah at the front desk rang my insurer straight away and sorted out all the details then put me on and helped me organise a hire car and the repairs. All done and dusted in an hour. The car was repaired in 3 weeks and immaculate. I could not be happier with the service and outcome of what could have been an awful experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Killens where amazing from the start to the end, they assisted in facilitating the insurance claim and organising a hire car, very good communication along the way letting me know where my car was up to and it was sparkly clean when I picked it up. My experience with services in regional NSW has left much to be desired. Car servicing has always been a problem, other smash repairs will always have delays. Today, I've been made to shut up. The service was nothing less that superb. Had a accident a while back and picked up my car today and it looked like it was a new car. The attention to detail, the post work cleaning and the frequent phone updates on how the repairs were going was just excellent. It's little wonder you're the gold class of smash repairs in Armidale.

My 5 year old Tesla model X was made new again. I'm almost glad a nice lady reversed into my car so I met the Killens team as they do all my tesla servicing now (3 or 4 visits)and it's gold class! Like tesla was before the model3 came out. I can't recommend this family business enough.
Because I have such great support from Killen's, I'm considering a much needed second model x as they can replace my visits to tesla servicing.

The owner of this venue is extremely helpful. I was on my drive from Sydney and hit a wombat. The side of the bump bar was slightly damaged. The owner did a quick fix so that i can drive to Coffs Harbour where I could give it on for complete repairs. Highly recommend this place.
