Such a beautiful place to stay. We just love this place. Peaceful, with a lovely outlook over the extensive gardens and paddocks. We had our two dogs with us and we all loved walking around exploring the property. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the owners are super friendly, kind and helpful. PS the complementary homemade chocolate brownies are to die for.

Couldn’t have been happier with our overnight stay. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Complimentary brownies were delicious. Was nice and quiet. Request for an early check in was no hassle at all. Overall an awesome experience and value for money. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented motel in a tranquil park like setting, just a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants in downtown Armidale. Welcoming hosts, spotlessly clean room and lovely breakfast options. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and affordable! 10/10👌

Lovely Location with plenty of space and garden area and views of same. Accompanied by "the girls" the group of guinea fowls who wandered out in the morning making their melodic clucking and investigating the surrounds. Breakfast in the spacious dining room was delicious save your self for personalised beautifully cooked eggs. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Ian and Natalie were so helpful and welcoming we will always stay there when ever we visit Armidale . Thank you so much Derek and Suzanne.

We stayed at the Moore Park Inn on 26/2/2023. This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The split air-conditioner was quiet, easy parking, comfortable bed, good WiFi, refrigerator, and some little touches to make us feel welcome.
The site manger was bright and knowledgeable giving out which were quite correct.
I would highly recommend a stay here. Don't be put off that it is close to the regional airport as there are few aircraft movements during the day and even fewer if any during sleeping hours.

Amazing. Beautiful grounds. Autumn leaves are gorgeous. Rooms are so clean. Beds are very comfortable. Linens are perfect. Daily clean if you want it. Would definitely stay again. Peaceful surroundings. Wild geese are cute. Would be fantastic for a wedding or function.

Nicely situated, Moore Park Inn accommodated a party of 10 at very short notice, allowing for much needed respite. The suites were comfortable, clean and offered a great value proposition. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and will not disappoint those looking for a stopover or something more long term, like accommodating wedding parties.

Very friendly place and genuine hospitality from the hosts.
Rooms are clean and have plenty of power points and good amenities.
The place is generally quiet apart from small passenger planes on glide path overhead in the afternoon.

If we could give them an 11 out of 10 we would. This motel is not your average cookie-cutter accommodation. It’s based around a beautiful heritage cottage surrounded by a pretty garden and beautifully maintained grounds. We stayed for 2 nights in one of their motel rooms which had a lovely view, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed.
The couple who run it are lovely and friendly and being welcomed with a piece of chocolate brownie to have with a cuppa was a thoughtful touch.
A shout out to our wonderful waiter when we dined in the restaurant too. The food was delicious- we had the best lamb we’ve had in a long time and the wood fire is so cosy on a cold night.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and happily recommend it to others and will definitely be returning when we pass through Armidale again.

Loved my spacious and very comfy room. This is set in a beautiful, tranquil and calm rural setting. Lovely dining room with fire blazing. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Will return with my friends.

Had a lovely dinner at Archie's restaurant and the food was wonderful. The cauliflower soup is fantastic. I was also so impressed with our friendly staff who were so professional and courteous with our rude friend Laurie. Highly recommended restaurant.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We arrived late and even though their restaurant was closed we were provided with a delicious home cooked meal in our room. We were also given an upgrade to a room with kitchen facilities so we could provide ourselves with the means to reheat if necessary. The room was spotless, quiet and the bed extremely comfortable.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and it's lovely to receive a warm welcome after a long drive. Can definitely recommend the cooked breakfast too. The grounds of the Inn are quiet and the sign posting just before you arrive in town makes it easy to find.

My favourite place to stay! Over 30 years, much of it as a commercial traveller, I've stayed here over 100 times! The motel is close to the southernmost end of Armidale, about 1km north of the bypass roundabout. The "Old House" which contains accommodation, Reception and the Restaurant was one of the first grand houses built when Armidale was in early development. Two extension wings allow you to stay in contemporary motel rooms or in rooms themed in tune with the Old House itself. In winter, a roaring wood fire in the restaurant and bar makes everyone feel cosy. The service is wonderful, the food is great and the wine list is extensive. If in the area, stay there!
