It was a pleasure to shop at Bing Lee today. The sales assistant Maya made all of our purchases and enquires quick and easy. I hope management appreciates how lucky they are to have you. I have been in numerous businesses today and none have been as helpful as you. Thanks again.

I contacted Bing Lee Armidale store initially as they had advertised a Glem Gas Cooker I was looking at for our off-grid home. I had spent the week researching gas ovens and after hours and hours of visiting local stores and reading online information and speaking with various people.. to say I was confused and overwhelmed is an understatement.

When I phoned the Armidale store and spoke with Amy all the hours I had spent and confusion I was feeling just melted away. To say that Amy was helpful is an understatement... her product knowledge and dedication to customer service was like nothing I have come across before. Amy provided clarity on so many issues and concerns I had and by the end of our call I knew without doubt I had finally found my oven.

It didn't end there, both her and her Store Manager Shaun assisted with logistics for transport in prompt and professional manner and when I provided Shaun with some feedback regarding Amy it was very clear she was a very valued team member. I can't say enough about this Bing Lee store and its incredible team of people - country people that hold the customer at the centre of their business operations. Even tho their online sales are terribly slow when ordering from that main warehouse. This Armidale store alone has made me ALWAYS prefer going to a Bing Lee store over and above the other similar stores to them!

I bought a keyboard and mouse for my home office a couple of months ago and some of they keys stopped working this week. We brought it in and staff were super helpful and replaced it without issues. We have always received such friendly and helpful service. Thank you!

First time customer today, I was met by David. Excellent service, friendly, informative and efficient. I was listened to and not pressured to buy anything I didn't need or want. David was able to under-cut Harvey Norman's prices. The whole process was effortless and quick, and I saved quite a bit of money. Why go anywhere else!

I've used the online ordering system a few times now, using click and collect as opposed to delivery.

Exemplary customer service. The staff here go out of their way to help you... not take your money then push you out the door, like some places I've shopped. I bought a mobile phone today and was attended to by two staff. One in particular showed a lot of patience while helping me setup and get to know the new phone.
The quality and price of their products is also great, so I'll be going back to shop there.

Bought both a computer and vacuum cleaner from Bing Lee Armidale this week, the best shopping experience I've had in ages. Huge thanks to David, who's knowledge, manner and service could not be faulted in any way! The girl on the staff team was super nice in helping me find what I needed when I didn't know how to ask for what I need because it was small, and kind of odd and not something everyone would buy every day.
