We cannot speak highly enough of the team and their skills at MK drafting and design. We went in with a rough idea of what we hoped to achieve and Matt was an expert voice of guidance, whilst also listening to, and maintaining an open mind to what we hoped to see ourselves. When you work with MKDD, you work as a team to achieve the agreed end goal. Of course there were bumps along the planning process (due to council, water table regulations etc), requiring we make some pretty significant adjustments, but Matt, Holly and the team handled these with ease, allowing us to feel we were still heard, and still on track for our dream home. And that’s what the end result was, our beautiful dream build! We get complimented on our home regularly, and we have the team of MKDD to thank. Will always recommend them and be seeing them again in the event of any future builds!

We just finished our new house design process with Matt, Holly, Zoe and team. We had some unexpected issues pop up along the way and they were extremely helpful, professional, always very prompt with communication and worked hard to help our vision come to life and to meet our timeframes needed for our build to start. They are all so friendly, have great creative input and ideas and we have enjoyed building relationships with them during the process. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks guys!
