I must admit, this was our first visit and was overwhelmed with the range of furniture and bedding. Lovely staff made the visit all the more memorable.

I interacted with three staff - Bron, Jordy and another young lady - who were all friendly, super helpful and very efficient. Thanks for the great experience as usual, Amart Staff!

Had a great experience buying an expensive couch. They discounted the price at purchase time due to an upcoming sale, then just before delivery it was included in another sale, so they refunded the difference! That process took about 1min on the phone. In this Moonah store I've always had a great experience, and the staff have always been personable, casual, and available. Well done!

Approached me with such a gentle but direct manner. Helped me out with a bargain and the purchase was made extra easy.
Would recommend Amart for outdoor furniture as there range in store is very large. Plenty of choices and colours lots of variety.

A wonderful selection of furniture and really friendly, helpful staff in the store and pick up bay.As long as you don't mind furniture that needs to be assembled.Put my gorgeous table and chairs together myself.

I'm very happy with my new bedroom suite, TV unit and couch. The quality of all the items is great for the price paid and was as expected. I understood the risk that items could arrive damaged and was aware of procedure for dealing with any issues.

One bedside table arrived with a missing handle and a crack on top, I called straight away and organised to bring the table in for inspection. Once in store I was assisted straight away and supplied a replacement from the warehouse.

The only problem I had was some staff coming across as a bit overbearing with constantly checking if we needed assistance, however it's much better than going to a shop and being ignored!

Very helpful sales person and the store is well laid out. Will go back again when we need more furniture items.

Great range, very helpful and friendly. Could do with a furniture setup and rubbish removal service includes. Several other furniture shops we used in Hobart were only too happy to do this as well

Pro-tip: Check stock online before you visit the store as many items may only be partially in stock and floor stock is not for sale.
