Extremely helpful young man who served us. Went out of his way to assist us with finding gifts suitable for 14yr old female and male birthday presents. Items on sale, bundles. Couldn't be happier. Daughter thrilled with her purchases.

Had a great experience at typo Brookside the other week. The employee named Joel working that day that helped me and made my experience at typo that much better, with his bubbly personality. Now this store deals in some dam great customer service the young lady served everyone made everyone feel special was kind polite not over the top ...store beautiful...this customer service makes you want to spend spend spend ...we were treated kind kind and we spent nothing ...this is what you call customer service
