Really great customer service from Cody today. I thought I was in for a whole new part, but rather than just sell me what I asked for, he showed me how to fix my existing part, and demonstrated what I needed to do at home to properly reattach my existing part and let me video the demonstration too. Really, really excellent service here. Thank you!

I was after a component of an old carburettor and DZ and the crew were fantastic. The showed me where to get the details of the mower and they went hunting for the part. Since purchasing our Polaris Ranger 570 the customer service from The Mower Supastore has been outstanding. The staff there cannot do enough for you and they go above and beyond to help with questions and concerns, tyre punctures etc.
Troy in particular dropped everything to come out to our house and get the Polaris LITERALLY back on the track. Thank you!!!
We shall be using this store for all of our acreage maintenance requirements.

Just bought a substitute idler pulley today for my Rally 107cm from these guys. Sorry I didn't get the young fellas name that served me but sold me an aftermarket pully that fit straight on. I appreciated his friendly help and advice in store, great work and thankyou.

We bought our first mower from the Mower Superstore, and wouldn't go anywhere else to get it serviced. The team are experienced and know how to fix any issues you have. A mower shop is stereotypically a "man's world", but whenever I go in there Lance and the team are always so helpful and respectful.

I had the most AMAZING service from Lance at the store today. I turned up an hour before they opened on a Sunday and Lance had just arrived he looked at my whipper snipper in the car park and told me what the issue was and then gave me a solution that worked. So grateful he took the time to help me as I had no idea what was wrong he could have sent me away but very grateful for his help. I have been to the store a couple of times this year and have always had excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

Lance and David have been amazing helping me out getting a mower. Namely a gravely.

Very large store, well located in Brendale with easy access and plenty of parking. Staff are very helpful and know their products. I have always found them to be friendly and helpful and been able to buy what I needed. While they stock mostly Stihl garden equipment, they do stock other reliable brands. I like the 2 Stihl products we have bought, being made in Germany, they are good quality and reliable without being expensive. I also know if there are any problems, there is a warranty and they will provide service. Worth a visit to check out their very large range of quality garden equipment.

Running a business is stressful, especially when machinery breaks down during the peak of a busy season. The thought of trying to reschedule my client's on days that are already packed, while waiting possibly weeks for the other ride on to be repaired was far from ideal, so I needed a solution fast.

Luckily Lance and the team at the Mower Supastore were quick to offer a solution. I'm incredibly greatful for the expertise and professionalism shown by Lance, as he guided me through a few different options. He asked about my business model and ultimately where I would like to take it in the future.

After spending over an hour with me, we settled on the Gravely ZTXL 42' Zero Turn mower. I've had it for over a week now, and already the business is turning over more profit, and we can now take on larger jobs/clients.

Once again, thank you Lance and the team for understanding the needs of a small business. It's opened up new and exciting pathways, and we are very grateful.
