My partner and I went into The Good Guys at Carseldine to purchase a vacuum we had seen online. A lovely salesperson by the name of Henry assisted us and I can't remember the last time I had such great service! My partner and I both left very impressed by his friendliness, honesty and helpful advice. When the vacuum we originally wanted was out of stock, Henry went above and beyond to give us recommendations for other brands as well as his honest opinion and even checked to see if other stores had what we wanted. 10 stars for Henry!

We recently purchased a new TV from the Good Guys at Carseldine. We were served by Marcello, he gave us excellent customer service, he made really helpful suggestions and arranged for our TV to be mounted on our wall , it’s looks fantastic and we love how the cords have been hidden.

My husband and I (Southsiders) were visiting some friends over the North side of Brisbane yesterday and needed to buy some cleaning fluid for our new upholstery spot cleaning machine. We recently purchased a smeg oven from Beverley. We went in with an idea of what we wanted but after discussing all options and what suited our budget/lifestyle, ended up with something completely different, something far past our expectations and are thrilled. I have never experienced such informative and helpful customer service prior to meeting Beverley. She answered all of our questions in great detail, was patient and understanding.
