Found exactly what I needed here. Great stock range, decent prices and friendly service.

These guys left an impression, six months has passed and I still recall Richard and Dallas excellent customer service.
I came into the store with a deal that I had seen somewhere else, not only did the boys match it but they beat it buy throwing in an upgrade.
The boys had great recommendations, I remember coming to site with my new tools and my toadies commenting on not only how good the deal was the but the tools recommended.

I've been many times to this store , and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful! I was stuck with a fairly complex problem, which required some mcguivering, even with the range of tools stocked, and Dallas took the time to theorise, suggest, and eventually find a solution to my issue! I had questions upon questions, and he patiently explained each time I didn't quite understand how the tool was going to achieve the outcome I was looking for - and it works! Very pleased overall with the store, the staff and the sheer patience and understanding Dallas showed !

Very friendly and quick service, I was served by Dallas today, I gave him a list of things I needed and in matter of moments we were at the checkout and I was on my way. He knew where everything was for a fast transaction and he was a genuine nice person to have a chat too.

Fantastic service by staff member Dallas Green. I thought I had missed out on a special offer on a UniMig welder. The store was out of stock and none available in Qld. Dallas rang around and found me one in NSW and it will be delivered to my door. Excellent customer service. Outstanding!

Great service from Dallas. Was looking for some Dewalt TSTak storage he was very knowledgable on the product and gave me some great advice on what pieces to use best suited for the tools I have. Will buy from again.

Always shopped around when it comes to tools but I will gladly say that I now will be going back to Sydney tools in the future and asking for Aaron.
The perfect balance between a salesperson and someone who genuinely cares about your needs.
Didn’t rush me at all even though it was around close time on a Friday arvo.
Went in for some battery’s and a charger and left with 5 tools and a couple batteries.
Absolutely an asset to the store!

Was chasing some Bostik V4 silicone and none available anywhere with Sydney Tools out of stock.
Dallas arranged a quote and after payment had the goods delivered direct to me rather than pick up from the store.
