This lovely girl call Anna served us on the drive through and made us all feel so welcome and mchappy

Overall, pretty good, quick service, plenty of car parks, but the interior seating of the store felt very cramped and small.

Edit: Lastnight approx 7:45pm, my elderly friend and I had to question prices as we ordered. The young man was very patient and smiled all the way through.
The place was very busy and yes, we were the oldest ones there! Lol
So we sat down thinking we'd be waiting a while. Inside 1min, the same young man came to us and said that our order was ready.
At the counter he handed us our order and pleasantly wished us a lovely evening.

One busy afternoon, I found myself in a rush, trying to grab a quick bite between errands. The lines were long, and the pressure in the kitchen was intense. As I anxiously waited for my order, Alec spotted me and recognized the urgency in my expression.

With incredible efficiency, he swiftly prepared my favorite burger and handed it to me with a smile, saying, "Here you go, mate! I made it extra special for you. Hope this brightens your day!"

His thoughtful gesture touched my heart, and I realized that Alec's dedication to his craft went beyond simply flipping burgers. He took pride in every order he prepared, treating each one as an opportunity to make someone's day a little better.

From that day on, I often sought out Maccas Bracken Ridge not only for the delectable burgers but also for the uplifting experience of interacting with Alec. His passion and care for his work were contagious, and it was evident that he had a positive impact on both customers and his fellow employees.

I come to the store most mornings around 4am and the staff are incredibly pleasant especially mid week to talk too. The manger, cleaner and the lady behind the coffee machine are amazing and the coffee is great keep up the great work I now look forward to my morning chat and coffee on my way to work. Thanks am crew

Place was super busy but it seems the crew were top notch and we had our order real quick. Lovely staff member "Lisa" even though done with her shift still went out of her way to assist in carrying our drinks .. A+ joint !

Went here last week with some of my friends and there was a really nice girl at the drive through (I think her name was Hiraina). The order wasn’t on the system because someone else had taken the order and it got lost but she was more than happy to take it again and made an effort to make everything was right on it. We were missing an item but she quickly zipped back inside and got us our food and she was extremely apologetic. Haven’t had the best experiences here but she was 100% a reason to come back

Best Macca's in Queensland, messed up my order last 2 times and got the wrong meals but always hot and fresh food.

I’m here for a positive review. Went in to the shop as I had trouble ordering from the app and was told the internet was down so they could only do cash order.

But thanks👍 to the manager that would take my order manually and waited me to get cash from the car. He must be having a hard time as there were couple of angry customers walked in and left the shop.

Hopefully their internet will be fixed soon.

This place may not be the fanciest McDonalds or even located in the best area - but the old fashioned service is second to none - and I mean that. Whoever runs this place deserves a medal for going above and beyond. The staff are happy, friendly and seem to genuinely be enjoying themselves. The quality has always been great - and it's common that they surprise you with an extra something. They really seem to aim to delight the customer and that level of service is rare these days. Well done.

Incredible quality, I'd say they make a mistake every 1 in 20 orders (from my own experience, I used to purchase 3 times a week) but are always completely happy to fix any problems.

Good and unique varieties. This fast food chain has a special kinds of burger that you cannot get at home

Burgers are always Fresh. No sauce covered containers when you receive your order unlike a lot of other stores. Generally feel the workers have pride in what they do.
Side note: The owner of this store does a tremendous amount of work in the local community.

Extremely friendly staff. This business supports local. The Manager ofter pops his head out of the drive through windows and says hello. They employ a diverse mix off staff also. Fantastic place to eat out at and support.
