Helpful staff with plenty of recommendations. One of the items ended up not being suitable so I was able to return it (with tags attached) and get store credit. Happy with this outcome.

The store is wide, with a lot of products and great deals. And easy for parking car.
The staff are kind, polite and welcoming.
There are many exhibits on site to see.

I've been coming to tentworld since 2019.

I've always found the staff really know their stuff, the prices are great and the quality of gear is better than BCF / and definitely better than anaconda . Sometimes when it's busy you might need to wait a little while before speaking with someone but that's because staff are helping out others. Never had an issue with my one refund or return request and once you speak with them they are a great resource.

Recently I e-mailed requesting if a replacement pole for an outdated coleman event 14 deluxe was available or alternatively would a pole from a similar designed oztrail work due to a pole getting stuck. I was surprised they took to the time to locate the oztrail pole in there Toowoomba warehouse and took photo's to show that it looks exactly the same.

Good range of products. Bit more for the serious camper/ outdoors person. Not your run of the mill stuff from the likes of BCF.

What a store! Everything you could think of (minus rooftop tents on display) but prices are fantastic and the staff are super friendly!! Highly recommend

Liam greeted me kindly, helped me find a fantastic bargain, Pete helped us out on picking some other gear, both were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. Was looking around for only about 3 mins when a lovely chap helped me out without being pushy. Gave great suggestions for me personally, I’m elderly and he showed me how to put up the tent and take it down. Have some great hints. Carried all my stuff down to the register than out to my truck and packed it in for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the prices were great. Got a discount on a few. Many thanks.
