McDonald's

It’s a very busy evening here tonight. Even though there may have been a small thing missing from my meal, the staff here were so friendly, kind and fixed it right away. great atmosphere and I must say in the time we were here not a single person was unhappy. The workers here should be very proud of themselves and the effort they all put in do get in and get things done. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality. 💜

I had a very large order to submit this afternoon and the Manager was helpful, friendly and had amazing customer service skills. Thanks for the great service. Loved the Christmas Carols playing in the dining area, very festive. My kids also loved the vast playground so I could enjoy half an hour to myself. Well done!

I had bad experiences with McDonald's recently and had been avoiding the place. I heard on the news about McDonald's abroad being very patriotic in Ukraine and Israel which i greatly respect so I gave them another chance and I don't at all regret it! The negative feedback I gave has been taken on board and they have even improved other things that were not optimal but not enough to make me complain. The food was fresh and delivered to our table quickly by very friendly staff. They had it on a tray which is better than the bags in my opinion. They even asked if we wanted to order more before taking the table number! The outdoor tables were also clean which is easier said than done with the wildlife. I could not have been more happy! Great job team and keep it up!

Very superised how helpful and understanding the lady that took my order as I have trouble with self serve menu with my disability this lady is excellent with customer service thank Melissa Coffee and meal was good bonus the sausage muffin was still all together and not thrown into the packaging

Nice and clean facilities! Staff were very caring!

Great prompt service in a convenient location.

Food was the same as always.
Service is noticeably dropping off, with counter service almost non-existent.
Table delivery is also discouraged with only one 'tent' available in the entire restaurant on two separate visits.....
As always, table cleaning and rubbish bin emptying is very lacking.

MacDonald's Albany Creek - I order burgers without the bun and never have a come across a MacDonald's that made it so carefully to prevent any cheese or sauces stuck to the container. They even supplied me with a knife and fork without me even asking. Someone on that team takes great care in taking care of their customers allergens! I was very impressed.

Foods amazing and the staff are amazing especially that handsome tall boy around 14-15 years old with the black hair he is really cute

I'd just like to thank one of the managers, Georgia, for her kindness and great service. I live close to the maccas, and go through the drive through often, at different times of the day/night, and every time I am served by Georgia, she is always bubbly, happy and very very kind, and it always makes my day. The service is always excellent by all the staff at this maccas, so all the staff should be commended. But thank you Georgia for being so kind and lovely all the time, you're a gem and a very valuable employee! :D

They messed up my order but were more than happy to make things right with free sundaes, even after a few days had lapsed. Mikki was great and very apologetic.

Fantastic this store they actually have good management and staff.
They are quick they drive thru and consistent.
My go to after Many bad experiences recently at the Warner McDonald’s.

Arrived just after 10am and wanted to order a brekkie wrap but that was discontinued. Staff were more than accommodating in wrapping a breakfast burger sans bun. Truly an amazing store.

I mean its OK, defiantly a mid tier fast food restaurant. Food kinda expensive for what you get which is squished fatty burgers with cold soft fries. but hey those MC flurry's are bussing, defiantly a five star cause of those MC flurry's.

Ordered 3 Vanilla ice Latte's and they were all great

Lovely late night staff beautiful little lady who i think is the manager super welcoming and the security guard is a top bloke.

Went here to get my usual order (the dollar drink and two dollar burger, with the 70 cent ice-cream) and was horrified to find that the TV screen things where you order were not there. At this point I also noticed that there were white walls with "construction" whiten on them everywhere blocking off some of the restaurant, significantly smallering the interior space. I walked for a bit and saw the front counter that had a staff member were I usually pick up my order, but could not find a TV to place my order, so I continued to search for somewhere to place my order (the dollar drink and two dollar burger, with the 70 cent ice-cream.). I somehow found my way to an area I haven't been to before, a public children's play area! Why was there a public play area in a restaurant? I could only assume that as they were building the McDonald's restaurant they did not notice that there was a public play area where they were building and did not realise this until they had finished and just left it there inside the restaurant. I became haplessly lost and navigated this strange back area of the restaurant for a few hours until I found the front door again! I almost called RACQ to come get me out! I walked outside a defeated Man as I had not gotten my order (the dollar drink and two dollar burger, with the 70 cent ice-cream) and retuned to my car ( a 1997 Toyota Camry, red) then left for home. Reflecting on this experience, it was a great journey and I was lucky to have survived, maybe one day I will return and attempt to make my order (the dollar drink and two dollar burger, with the 70 cent ice-cream) and uncover the mystery of the missing TV order screens and the white walls. Yours truly.

Overall experience 10/10. This maccas doesn’t let me down.

This McDonalds service was amazing. It was just great timing to have to pull over when we wanted to a get a large burger and chips. 5/5 ratings suits this restaurant!
