All of the staff are very professional and customer focused.
Sneha Anil is my Audiologist. She explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. I received a significant discount because I am a BUPA customer. My hearing aids are working very well. I am hearing sounds that I have not heard for years. They are making it much easier to hear conversations in noisy environments. My wife is also pleased because she doesn't have to repeat herself and the television volume has been turned down.

Great service, and a special thank you to the audiologist, Munjib who was super friendly and performed amazing feats with my hearing aids which perform really well. Would recommend this shop to anyone in need of hearing aids.
