Target Robina

Today the 24/10/2023 myself, and my kids were shopping in Target Robina town centre when my son Jesse aged(8) currently diagnosed with autism. He had a major accident, and had gone to the bathroom in his pants and had then managed to get it all over his hands and everywhere else.(this has never EVER happened) Amie seen we were super frustrated/upset and came over to help, her kindness really helped the messy situation alot better. Amie assisted us thoroughly, she escorted us to the staff bathrooms, gave me wet wipes, we had access to towels, soap, disinfectant etc. She also asked what clothes, shoes,socks he would need. She waited patiently outside untill I had finished wiping my son down(it took about 45 minutes doing so) Amie was so amazing and I really cannot have asked for anyone better to be in the store at the time to lend me a hand. I was really upset and so was my son. She asked if my son needed anything else after we had finished cleaning up(and he had said to her a big hug) he really was super overwhelmed. The whole way home he kept saying "how lovely she was" Amie really wowed us! I believe she is the biggest asset to you're company, she showed her professionalism throughout the entire time even though it was a disgusting time. I have never dealt with a worker as kind hearted as her. Thankyou so much Amie for going above and beyond and completely out of you're way to help. 🩷

Target has its own mark! Spacious, well organised, starting with the current seasonal wear in the colour of the year- cinnamon!
It didn't take me much long to find an off-the-season dark blue cardigan for my mum in still freezing Melbourne! 😊

Best target in the area I think, I went here after a worker at Big W refused me service, ladies at the service desk not only price matched but were very friendly. Also a worker couldn't get a DVD case open so I went back to get another one and she was very apologetic about it and was really kind about it. Keep up the good work!

Large clean store with a good range. Lots of amazingly priced items and walked out with more than what I had intended to buy. Amazing service and sleek design changing rooms! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Went on a mission of mercy - cold night and no working heater.
Staff was extremely helpful and we quickly found the heater range and selected our purchase.
I must praise the lady greeter - sharp and witty with a good knowledge of the store and the product therein.

Had some issues with click and collect because online was saying out of stock. I rung and had an item put away old hold so I could come in and buy it when I didn’t have my daughter.
Found out that the next day the sale had ended. I spoke to a genuine guy named Kevin who said he would honour the price that was put away because I wasn’t able to pay online because of technical issues.
Plus this store is a great store always has the stock I need.

Late on Wednesday looking for reindeer antlers for my daughter and was helped very kindly by Jenley who took extra time to search with me. Thank you so much! A pleasure to visit there!

Good variety of seasonal kids clothes which are of good quality. And we normally get black pants for work here as they fit well.

So I haven’t been to target for years !
I wandered in a few weeks back and was totally surprised at the quality and value for money on thr products , the merchandising was was better than you would have expect from a discount variety store.
I was assisted by Catherine & Marie who at the time we’re both very busy making the store look fantastic.
They were both so very helpful ! Much appreciated !

Great range of toys and clothing.
One problem, no one to ask for a different size, therefore have to redress to go out and get another garment!##

It was a pleasant experience, but a young man named Chris in the toy section went out of his way to help us find something at another Target store on the coast. I would to thank him again for his help

Usually takes me along time to find what I need, after trying on a few different sizes/styles. Not today. In and out within 15 minutes. Awesome.
