I (and everyone who entered the store, in the time I was there) was greeted with a welcome and asked if I needed any help. After a few minutes looking at the whiskeys the same worker came and asked a second time if he could assist me. All while showing another customer a few things she had asked for. He was incredibly polite, and while I didn't require his assistance he nevertheless made himself ready and available.

Regrettably, I didn't catch his name, but he's the bearded man working at the time of this review! Thanks!

very helpful staff, directed me straight to what I was looking for

A very handy Liquorland in Robina Town Centre. We puchased some wine here last week and the fellow that served us was quite knowledgeable about wines and very witty. He provided great customer service. We had a great chat with him and ended up really enjoying the wine he suggested, which was quite reasonably priced. Well worth a looksee.

Staff are always happy great vibe, shop fit out excellent and great range.

Just a large liquor barn in a major shopping centre - not so.
Very well stocked and an amazingly bright and efficient staff even late in the afternoon made shopping and product selection there very pleasurable.
