Customer service REALLY impressed me. Best coffee club I've been to. Definitely making it a habit to come here weekly. Great prices and worth very penny

We enjoyed the food! Bit busy as it was Mother's Day so service was understandably slow. Food was very tasty with fresh ingredients and quite friendly staff. ( We ordered mostly from the flat grill menu- chicken and camembert, salmon and falafel and chicken and sweet potato). Portions were substantial too. We had our hot drinks in the nick of time as we were seated near the shopping centre entrance doors so a bit chilly. We ordered and paid using the QR code which was convenient, no need to line up at the counter. All in all, a pleasant experience! We hope to sit in a better and more cosy area next time too!

My sister and I went for a bit of a late lunch there, we tried the chicken parmigiana which we’d never had there before. I’ve been here a few times, but this was the first time since my dad passed that I’ve ordered food there. It was certainly good to have a nice meal. They’ve always done good got chocolate there, and I’ve tried the eggs Benedict there in the past.

Today we also had a milk shake and my sister has tried their strawberry lemonade. And she enjoyed it. It was an enjoyable experience I have to admit the service is always good there.

So I do recommend this one to go for a meal and a coffee or a hot chocolate. The pricing is reasonable and the choices are good.

It's actually pretty good despite being in Glenorchy. The food is consistent and put together quite well and for the price it's very good food. They use proper hollandaise and the portions are big and the coffee is good.
Could use a bit of a reno inside as it's well worn, but since Gloria Jeans and Starbucks are non existent in Tas, this is all we have left like it now, so you'd all better look after these guys and give them your business or it'll get replaced by another sushi place or women's clothing store or something.

Having been to many Coffee Club franchises over time, I can happily say this one ticks all the boxes. It's clean, staff are friendly and efficient, the food is very good and the prices are reasonable.
Being at a shopping centre, and being a Monday morning, parking was easy and only a short walk.

Nice place to eat. Hubby and I have gone a few times food is amazing and staff is very friendly and helpful. There's certain things I can't eat and they where happy to take those elements out so I could eat what I wanted to have.

Absolutely amazed by the service I received today. Mum and I ordered a Smashed Avo and Feta, with a side of two eggs and chorizo, to share.

Our order arrived separately on two plates, beautifully decorated and delicious.

It's little things like this that go a long way

P.S. flat white was delicious too.

The staff here are very friendly, the place has a good atmosphere.

The Shop itself is decent enough, the coffee is above average - very good for the price, but without a doubt, as is the way with most coffee haunts, Its the people. The girls and guys here are all just top notch and its cultural, because i have been coming here for 10 years, and while a few of those staff remain, many do not, and yet every time a new staff member starts they are always fabulous in their service levels. Bravo on building a culture of exceptional service.

Met a friend for coffee and ended up having a chicken burger for lunch aswell.
It was busy and I had to wait to secure a table but you can't judge a place by how busy it is. Obviously others are aware of the quality and service on offer.
The service was swift and friendly.
The meal I received was a really good serving size and delicious too.
The team in there did a great job serving all the customers and kept positive under pressure. Well done guys.
Definitely recommend to others though this might not be necessary due to current table wait.

Very friendly staff and food is awesome.All the staff make you feel welcome. It’s been more than 1 year I regularly go for my meals and they never let me down with their service and authenticity of food. I highly recommend this store for your breakfast and lunches.👍👍

Nice place, burger was on point.

I had the pleasure of having a very nice flat white coffee last Monday. The coffee was exactly as I like it. They had a good range of both white and brown sugar as well as artificial sweetener. The service was excellent.

Very nice for a Sunday morning coffee. Good menu with prompt friendly service. There is enough room so that it is not likely to get overcrowded during peak times. It's conveniently located in the Northgate shopping complex near a food mall and supermarkets etc. All in all a good experience and I will visit again when in Tasmania.

This is my go to for my afternoon coffee after work. Its central in Glenorchy and it has a nice feel about it.

The vip buy one get one drink free's a steal, It is a bit inconsistent though, I've noticed the coffee tends to be better in the morning than afternoon or evening. They do take some time to make your coffee though.
