There are more foreign customers than Asian customers in the store! One thing is for sure, everyone really enjoyed their meals here!

I also highly recommend the duck meat paired with their sesame seed pancakes! You really can’t be picky, the taste is very delicious😋

Food was so mouth-watering and flavorsome. Staff was helpful. Billy was so wonderful and he skined the duck for us skillfully. Since it was full house and it was quite noisy.

Haven't been here for quite a few years, for no reason, we now realise what we've been missing. Billy's prepares fantastic food, absolutely delicious Chinese fare. We took friends from North Queensland & they raved about the place, saying there's nothing this good in the North.
We had the sizzling beef & black pepper, Moroccan Lamb, & honey chicken & it all just melted in your mouth. The service was spot-on, turning up just when you needed it, and were very helpful without being over the top.
It's not a cheap place, but you get great fare, great service & in a lovely atmosphere. We will be back with some duck lovers & try their signature Peking Duck dish. We watched a nearby table get their duck & by the sounds & and comments, it is great!!

Haven't been to Pine & Bamboo for awhile due to the Covid situation, but back today ( 2/5/23) for another impeccable lunch.
The Peking Duck is still the best anywhere and always our favourite.
Billy came to have a chat , this guy never ages.
Will visit again soon.

What lured my friends and I to Billy Pine's restaurant was their signature Peking Duck. In order to have the meat and skin together, I was advised to book and let the staff know ahead of time (otherwise it takes an extra 45 minutes for the meat to be cooked).

We were not disappointed, with Billy carving up the duck himself at our table. The skin was crispy, and the meat well cooked and tender. We also tried the sweet and sour barbecue pork and the cold pork hock, both of which were delicious.

There's no doubt that the Peking duck is pricey, however, totally worth it if you were to come in a group and share.

Would come again!

I have to say this is probably the best Beijing duck I have had in Brisbane. Had Beijing duck in a few Chinese restaurants but here is the best. The duck skin is very thin and crispy and that’s how Beijing duck is supposed to be. Love the duck soup too, very delicious. Will definitely come back.

Always get the peking duck at Billy's! I love going with my family, great place to host a large dinner. They have lots of westernised chinese dishes, most of them are great. Good service and nice wait staff.

Peking duck must be eaten. The skin is crispy, sweet and juicy. The first choice for family dinners. The service staff are very warm and friendly. I will visit again.

the perking duck is amazing and the crab and corn soup is highly recommended as well. the meat crab in the soup is a lots as well. I can say they have the best perking duck in town.

Love the Peking duck. Without the booking, you get mostly skin with wrap but if you are like me, like to have skin and meat for wraps, make sure to call and book for a more well done duck. size of the duck is big, enough to make 2-3ppl full

This place reset my opinion on dumplings; I'll gladly order another batch. Plenty of seating for even the busiest of nights, a quick kitchen, and attentive staff consistently doing the rounds to pick up orders.

There are a few dishes that need to be ordered in advance which we wouldn't mind trying, so give the menu a browse beforehand - I know we will.

Love it here! My family have been ordering here for years, just got a big take out tonight, sooo good! Love their Black pepper steak, garlic beef, honey chicken, lemon chicken and fried rice. Their chicken soup is also really good, love it on a cold night. Staff are friendly and always prompt with orders (around 20 min wait). Sometimes parking is an issue during peak times.

Tried the 3 course peking duck with 2nd course as stir fry noodles with duck and 3rd course as the duck soup. Amazing food. Best peking duck in QLD. Will definitely come back

One of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. Service is specular, food is fantastic. Thanks, all the boy's are raving about it, I'll book next years charismas party there for sure.

Had a wonderful birthday meal experience by having Begger's Chicken. It is so worth having to preorder for such a lovely experience. Love it just as much as having the Peking Duck Banquet. Will always recommend going to Billy's Pine Bamboo Restaurant
