Dental care was excellent. I called in with an emergency and the receptionists were lovely. Dr Mai was excellent- she was thorough, explained what were my options, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job without it being a painful or traumatic experience. I am so grateful for their help.

Arriving on the Gold Coast from Melbourne with a broken tooth emergency and having a fear of dentists was not ideal. I found Robina Family Dental on Google and they fit me straight in which was great. From the start I was looked after exceptionally well and they managed my anxiety well with good pain treatment, clear instructions and gentle care. In fact, they did such a great job that I went back a few days later to get another tooth fixed which I had been putting off. And to top it all off, the costs were much better than Melbourne prices. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing any dental work done.

The best clean I’ve ever had. Dr Mai was incredible. No pain and I’m usually so anxious. So professional and informative. Didn’t just get in and work but asked intentional questions and practical solutions. All staff were bubbly and welcoming. Highly recommend and I hate going the dentist!

Going to the dentist is not my favourite thing but I know that I'm in excellent hands with Dr Raj and the exceptional, friendly and efficient team at the surgery. I was also able to play a part in how it looked and Dr Raj was very kind and generous to put in extra time so that I left completely satisfied. Don't like going to the dentist? Who does? Well... me, but only since Raj and Mai took over this surgery! Walk through the front door and be greeted by the warm, joyous and kind soul of Rina who will make you feel right at home, prior to your appointment with the best two dentists I have ever known. No surprise then that their dental assistants are also amazing. This is by far the most professional, technical and skillful team I have ever met and combine that with their kind hearts that truly care for their patients, well yeah.. I really do like going to the dentist! Thx for all your effort team!!

After letting my visit lapse for a long time I was a bit nervous for my appt. However , my fears were not warranted as Dr Mai made me feel very at ease. She is an incredible dentist ( also her wonderful assistant) I am so glad I went . This is an outstanding dental practice and I would highly recommend it.

I have always been terrified of the dentist until I found this small family friendly practise. They have been excellent to deal with, all staff are friendly and helpful and my dentist is lovely. She takes time to explain procedures and puts you at easy. I will never go anywhere else now and will now come regularly. I am so grateful for all of their help.

I cannot thank the surgery enough! I made an emergency appointment this morning and they were able to treat me early this afternoon. The receptionist was very welcoming , Mai and her dental nurse did a fantastic job putting me at ease, the procedure was pain free and I am so pleased with the outcome, thank you RFDS!

I haven’t been to the dentist in years, (bad experience) but I found this clinic and let me tell u I am so so happy with their service.
They were amazing at EVERYTHING and they are also open Saturday morning for all those full time workers who have no time to go during the week. No more excuses!

You know how you can just tell when someone knows exactly what they are doing? No gimmicks, no sales team pressure, no hoity-toity waiting room that’s going to make you feel insecure or wonder “how much of my bill is footing their Gold Coast aesthetic?” Just a great dentist that cares and wants to help you in anyway they can.
